The buttercream basics class was a fantastic introduction to the skills I need to bake my own beautiful cakes! I’m so glad I took this class—I know the tools I need and I have the techniques to refine these skills at home. Thank you!

Don’t book if you want the class cancelled and your money stolen!!

I had signed up for the Easter cookie decorating class for my mom and I (who does not live in Tampa). Less than 24 hours before the class, Pam cancelled it. Instead of refunding the $115, she said she would add it to my account for a future class. I think it’s really funny considering her policy is if a customer cancels less than 24hours, you lose your money, BUT if she cancels, she keeps your money, and as the customer you are obligated to find a future class within the year to attend or else you ultimately lose your money again. As of May 16th, I still haven’t received the refund Pam said she would process.

Absolutely had the best time with my girls! We are a dye-free family and they were super accommodating to that! I was able to bring in our own toppings/sprinkles to allow them to participate and be able to eat their creations. We can't wait for the next event!!!

I never decorated cookies with royal icing. This class showed me so much and gave me a lot of great tips! You bet I am going to be making some valentines cookies and decorate them! It is so much fun, I learned a lot and easy to follow along for sure. First pic is from the class and second picture is from the box we brought home to do again!

Brought my 4 year old granddaughter to the cookie decorating class. We both had a wonderful time! The kits were perfect and the teaching was differentiated to each participant’s needs. Great location too! Take this cookie decorating class then go grab a bite to eat and take in the activities of downtown!
