It was my first time in today to get lunch to go. The customer service was awesome! I had two people offering to help any way possible. Very personable people. I felt very invited! The food was definitely great as well. I heard good things about the food which was warrented, but the atmosphere stole the show!

The brisket is top notch. It is probably the best I have had in Florida and on par with the better places in Texas (my brother lives in Austin). My girlfriend is from Houston and she agrees it’s good stuff. I got the spicy hot bbq sauce which was solid. Marco, the owner, is real cool and nice as well. Just so anyone reading this knows (to help you find it), this is a food truck. Support local businesses, give this place a shot, and get the brisket.

Placed a large order for Mother’s Day the day prior and the boys did it right! Marco had it all piping hot, brought it out with his other guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) loaded it the far for me and got everything perfectly accurate and cooked. Food was delicious-did the bbq sampler that has a bit of everything, Mac and cheese (fire), ribs/pulled/sausage/brisket (????), slaw, peach cobbler and some sort of pudding and it was all perfection. I was full off my first plate and I just licked my second plate clean. Highly recommend, can’t miss.
My goodness talk about incredible tastes and service… Danny and team are outstanding at making you feel at home. The brisket, the wagu beef, the ribs, the sides - beans/potato salad/ Mac n cheese/ a tasty twist on coleslaw (must like cilantro) and these off the charts stuffed with brisket sticky buns? For dessert homemade chocolate chip cookies and the banana pudding…OMG C‘mon!
The experience of having the rear patio area to ourselves was lovely and intimate. I HIGHLY recommend for parties. Every detail was tended to.

Hands down 20 stars. We moved from Texas 2 years ago and couldn’t find good bbq. We stumbled on this treasure while visiting Tampa from Sarasota.Brisket was phenomenal, soft, tender, flavorful. Sides were delicious. They accommodated my request and made me Mac and cheese with brisket with sweet and spicy sauce! Definitely will return!!!!

Being born and raised in the south I love BBQ and have eaten it all my life from many different places from restaurants to family BBQ's so I decided to try The Texas Brisket Company and ordered the sampler and evertthing was amazing and I must say the brisket was the best I've ever had so I encourage anyone that likes BBQ to try this place in fact you owe it to yourself also the owner Marco is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and after you tried his Texas style BBQ you will definitely see this man is the King of BBQ!
