This was our first visit and we will DEFINITELY be back! We couldn’t have had a better first experience from the time we walked in till the time we left. EVERYONE was very attentive to our needs, the music and weather on the patio were fantastic, the service by Olivia was incredible! Menu is very robust, and has something for everyone, and the food was fantastic!If there was a negative it was the lack of parking, which is concerning if it’s busy. There’s plenty of spaces but the landlord has them assigned to the different business’ in the plaza and threatens being towed if you park on them.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, families were there, no foul language or rude posters or signs

Service was intentionally lacking due to female waitress taking to a guy at different table. She was not just talking, she was in full blown camped out mode with no regard to servicing other patrons. I had to walk up to her an ask if she could bring over menus after waiting for a good while. She took part of the order for my kids, but never delivered the drinks. When the food arrived, she never gave us silverware or napkins. I needed another drink but she never came back to check on us or to see how the food was, what she did do at every moment available, was going back and talk to that guy at a different table. Here is an idea. How about we train our staff to take care of all paying customers instead of blatantly ignoring customers? The overall experience was such a disappointment and ruined our dinner. The waitress was “supposedly working” the patio area outside in front of the band area on March 16, 2024. I spoke to a manager about the lack of service before leaving. We have choices as customers, and I will not be returning for a long time due to the experience. There are plenty more option available.

I am pregnant and was in search of a reuben. This by far was the best one I've ever had. The meat was chopped and there was no shortage of dressing. The drinks for the rest of the table came out quick from the bar and we probably met everyone that works there. They were extremely attentive. Olivia was a great server and overall the place made you feel at home. Will be back next time I'm in town for sure!

I absolutely love Thomas P's. Food is always excellent. Service is top notch. Their parking situation is less than desired with every business in there having "assigned parking". Not Thomas P's fault, but boy is it frustrating.

Great food and service. Had the fish and chips. Hot, crunchy and delicious. Tartar sauce was good. Fries tasty, cole slaw was good because I don't like it sweet. The place is huge with its outside area. We were seated right away, got our beers pretty quick. It was also kind of busy. It was clean and the person cleaning the table was very accommodating to say the very least. The lady who seated us stopped by frequently to ask if everything was okay and she brought our second round of beers. Our waitress Natasha was awesome, very attentive and personable. Definitely going back. So glad we went there. Can't wait to try the wings.
