The Pizza was great, it reminded me of home and we also ordered the lasagna a salad the other night. The lasagna was flavorful but was overwhelmed by the cheese and the salad was not the freshest and could have been better. I would give them another shot to see if it was just an off day or not

We ordered a white pizza and battered mushrooms. The pizza was cold and did not taste like a white pizza should. We both took a bite and I could barely swallow it. The person I was with said well I'll try the mushrooms, I'm sure those are good. They spit it out. Awful on both. We threw everything out. Even over tipped the delivery driver which wasn't on them anyways but completely disappointed. Over $40.00 down the drain. We had stayed at the Hampton Inn Westshore at the menu had been slid under our door. Sounded good after we came back from a concert. Waste of money.

This by far is the WORST place I’ve ever ordered food from on vacation. I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed in my life. For the love of God, please I BEG YOU . spend your money at a different place !! If you are at the embassy hotel trying to figure out what to eat .. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered a meat lovers pizza, and when it got here, it was only HALF pepperoni and HALF cheese. I had my entire family in front of me when I called the order in, because we are on VACATION. So I have proof that I ordered that pizza. just for them to tell me that I “didn’t order that” when I called them to tell them my order was wrong. and the manager claimed they DON’T DO REFUNDS. not only could I not get my order remade for free and without a $7 delivery charge, I couldn’t get my money back !! Zero out of 10. On top of that, the wings looked SO DISGUSTINGLY CONCERNING. There are so many holes in the wings. Not to mention they are drenched in a sauce that is the consistency of WATER. and because it’s 11pm, there is nothing else open .. so I had to force myself to eat. And That decision by far was the most GUT-WRENCHING decision I could have made. The pizza was PAPER THIN, there was the SMALLEST amount of sauce, and the cheese made the pizza taste like it was pizza from an elementary school in the 90s. I don’t even think my KIDS would eat this pizza. Like I’ve LITERALLY had GAS STATION PIZZA BETTER THAN THIS. so with everything in my body, I allure you.. DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT EAT HERE. I will be finding a way to post the pictures of the MONSTROSITY I received. and I see someone has been responding to the comments on here, but to whoever is going to respond to this one.. please know that nothing can make this experience better . you’ll probably come and say “we’re sorry the experience was bad, we’ll work to improve our standards, in the future we hope to do better” . Which is GENERIC BS. So unless I’m getting a refund .. pls don’t bother to even respond !!

STOP PUTTING MENUS IN HOTEL ROOMS I’ve stayed at this Hilton multiple times, and every time, someone slides a menu under my door—often waking me up, like today when I was taking a nap AFTER A LONG SHIFT. It’s frustrating and completely unnecessary i don’t want your pizza.

I work for Hyatt House Tampa Airport Westshore. They constantly slide their menus under the room doors. No matter how many times we tell them not to. We are not a motel and that is classless. I understand that they are desperate for orders because THEY ARE NOT GOOD, but getting on our bad side won't help. We leave a menu at the front desk to inform the guests not to order from here. So this way if it is under the door they throw it out. We've tried to be nice to them about it, but that doesn't work. Ty. for responding back. However, you all continue to do it. Your reply is just to save face and is a bold face lie. UPDATE--- STILL DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE MENUS!!!...... 5/4/25-Just caught your menu guys AGAIN. Cops are looking for them as I type this.

Very upset I ordered pizza with wings the pizza was very much hard slices weren’t cut correctly pieces were bigger than other pizzas and the pizza was very much thin like paper and my wings were drenched in sauce like if it was soup now I have sauce all over my seat in my car because the sauce was spilled in the bag from it being drenched

Pizza was great, thin crust was very thin but had the delicious bubbles in the crust too. Asked for banana peppers of possible and that was honored. Got delivery so I don't know about atmosphere.

The Cubans were excellent but it took an hour and a half to be delivered to us when the restaurant was less than four miles away. The fries were soggy and barely warm after sitting inside the styrofoam. Could have been a home run but left us feeling sad after such a long wait.
