If I was given a choice between this place and Taco Bell… I would choose Taco Bell. I had eaten at this brand restaurant before in another location and it was good so I think it’s just this restaurant. Ordered two beef tacos, chips/ cheese, and a strawberry lemonade. The tacos had a weird smell and taste, it tasted like fish. One of the tacos had a stronger taste of fish than the other for some reason, and I didn’t eat that one. This probably because they using old oil or using the same oil for different tacos.The lemonade was bad too, it tasted watery like one of those kids ice cream sticks after it melts. Only got it because the picture on the menu looked “home made” but it was definitely not.The chips/ cheese were probably the best tasting thing here.

What a terrible experience we had today at Tijuana Flat at Dale Mabry, the food took for ever to come out, the employees had a very sad face and with a lack of customer service skills. We will not recommend this place to anyone and we will never go back again.

I have always come to eat at this establishment and they have never treated me with a bad face or an attitude of superiority. Today the attention was horrible, if the girl at the checkout doesn't like to work, then she shouldn't do it. I'm paying for my food it's not free. She doesn't smile, she is first upset about asking things on the menu if they are going to have people like that with terrible service never return. There are so many places with great customer service.

Quite possibly the worst Mexican food I've ever tried. Tacos has huge, tasteless pitas without any flavor. Fish was overcooked, ingredients lacking, just flat with zero life. Guac was flavorless and just sad. Also, took way too long to make, there was one more table and it took 15 minutes to get our order. Won't be coming back.

The taco's shells were stalled,Came without anything just the beef and the shell. The chicken bowl was not good either and the chips ... forget it !Not worthy the money !

This place totally sucks anymore! Way overpriced, and when my food was delivered, it was basically empty shells. I did not ask for a refund, but sent it back told them I wanted nothing from them and apparently they needed it more than I do.. No more Tijuana Flats!

Although, Taco Bell is not my favorite, I decided the next time I do want a taco, I will just go to Taco Bel. The Chicken and the Ground Beef taco pretty much was void of meat and flavor. When I questioned the amount of meat, I was shown a measuring cup I think it was 2 oz which pretty much looked like a table spoon and was told that is their standard. Apparently the expectation is for almost 10 bucks, you are supposed to fill up on carbs......no thanks..... not worth money.
