Went May 23rd, late around 1020pm, had the WORST craving for alcapurria. Got a beef and a crab, both very delicious! The girls were great, very professional and sweet. Will be back to try more, just moved down the street and this was my first time here. I didn’t get to take any pictures before engulfing the food, sorry! Facility was well kept, very clean, very nice NY themed decor.

We came in and no one was there,on top of that the waitress didn't understand English or Spanish,we had to call her for are drinks, but most of all very stupid waitress, she shouldn't even be waitress, she goes to the kitchen and didn't come out into we call her load,we could walk away with registered and she won't notice.
Sad but not worth coming back.

The photos and description doesn’t match the food. I have a severe gluten allergy, and according to the photo, the pinchos are grilled and not fried. When I went inside, not only was I told that I couldn’t get a refund because they don’t sell them there, she couldn’t make me anything else either.

The women made me feel incompetent, until she realized that the issue is in the photos. Don’t post photos of food you don’t actually sell here. I will not only never come here again, I will tell people to stay away.

She was very rude to someone with gluten intolerance. She simply didn’t care.

Puerto Rican food menu with great options, including milkshaks style drinks and the common Puerto Rican food. Food is still as good as the food truck 👌👌

The food is great, NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. It is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with the attention of the person who works in front.

La comida deliciosa, los frappes son deliciosas!
UPDATE 12/01/24: I have to say that the food continues to be amazing! We ordered carne frota with tostones, chicharron de pollo with tostones y platano maduro frito. Food was hot, fresh, and seasoning on point. My ONLY complaint is the frappes. There had been a huge negative change since last time I was here 3 years ago. I ordered oreo and my husband ordered the cheesecake one and it was very disappointed, mine was like milk with chocolate, a little bit of whip cream and 2 oreos maybe, the cheesecake one I can even explain how bad it was. Please REMOVE the frappe pictures of the wall because that is FALSE ADVERTISING. This time, I will give you 7 out 0f 10

Great menu and food options, and the restaurant hours. We love Mofongo with Fried Chicken, Crab Alcapurias, and the Churrasco Sandwich. Customer service was awesome. We are happy that we found this place all the way from Virginia. I totally recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is comfortable, the atmosphere and service was good. Now, the food mmmm unfortunately I can't say the same. The plate was nice, but when we talk about flavor I really don't have much to say. First the Tostones Suprime; It was completely cold and the meats did not have a Puerto Rican flavor, rather it had a freezer flavor, as if they had reheated it straight from the freezer. The tostones were greasy and messy, like when they fry them and don't let the oil drain.
Second The Frappe by Ferrero Roche; Technically I paid $7.00 for a chocolate bar with whipped cream, an old cookie and a Ferrero ball.
Third Las Alcapurrias; Here I have to give them to you, they were delicious, yes, I would have liked them to be more crunchy. But they had meat from side to side and they tasted good.
Fourth Tamarind Juice; DELICIOUS! Nothing more to say.
Fifth Mofongo with Fried Meat; The super soft mofongo now lacked the Puerto Rican touch (Ajillo). The fried meat was cooked to perfection, super crunchy, but the taste was like blah, it had no seasoning or marinade or at least no taste.
It was a total of $64.47 including tip.
The prices are quite reasonable for the area in which they are located.
Overall a 7 out of 10.
