The burgers are delicious but the customer service is bad. Badly faced, there have been 4 times that I have called to order and I have given simple instructions for the order such as adding sauces and they have been totally ignored. The times I went to pick up my food they treated me like they were crazy for me to leave there. If it weren't for the workers I would give them 5 stars

Great burgers, I tried the Colombian style burger and it was really good. Service was excellent. I didn’t like the smell of the place but everything else is really good.

I hope this review helps management get back to their original recipe on the COVID 19 burger. Ive been a repeat customer since this spot opened a few years back. Although ive tried different things on the menu, my go to order is the COVID burger with a side of fries and a coke, and is my favorite burger, so i usually will have it once a month or so. Today i was disappointed to find out they changed the bun on the burger from their original brioche to a white bun. That completely changed the taste and experience for me. It made the whole burger taste different even though the patty was still great. It was no longer the same i have had for years. I really hope the owner sees this and goes back to the original recipe even if the price needs to change a little. Other than that, great place, great atmosphere, great service. Please go back to the original COVID recipe. I will go back in a month and hopefully will be able to change my rating to 5 stars (:
