I love this place! I always have the best experience ever. Everyone is so friendly and kind that only is the coffee amazing but so are the smoothies and all of the toast! So grateful that I live in the same building and can go here all the time now thank you guys so much for always creating a good experience!

Wish I could give this place no stars. Their staff is extremely rude. Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and when I questioned the staff they simply told me they were busy and brushed me off. I walked away without my food and without my money. Do better.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place severely lacks efficiency. It should not take 20 minutes for a cold brew coffee. These long wait times have occurred on multiple occasions and it’s just ridiculous. Will not be coming here again, hire more staff, hire better staff

I bought a Clipp coupon and drove 30+ minutes out of my way to use it. I was told only a manager could apply the coupon. The next time prior to making the drive, I called multiple times with no one picking up, but being that the business was open, I went to the store a second time. I was told once again that the employees weren’t taught to apply the coupon and there were no managers working. Once again trying to call a today in a third attempt to go, no one is picking up the phone. The food looks great, but the service has been terrible.

Delicious smoothie/bowl place! The manager Sequoia was super accommodating to my gluten allergy. I would highly recommend their vanilla latte and açaí bowl! The place was super clean and the whole staff was great.

Terrible service from the young cashier lady, lot of attitude, go somewhere else if you are not happy working there. Also the shop it’s full of fruit flies so might be dirty as everyone working there seems super lazy. Don’t understand how this shop survived

They had one of the worker's kids running around, juggling and throwing apples on the ground, the same apples that people can buy. The kid was all over the place, behind the counter and in the dinning area, treating it like his living room. Almost hit me with an apple. I will never go back. If you spend 15 bucks on some toast, you expect a quiet area to eat it in.

Toastique absolutely lives up to the hype. I had the spicy crab toast and an orange spice latte—both were superb. Big flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with intention.
Service and prep were decently quick, which is clutch because this is phone eats first type of place for sure —you’ll want a photo before the first bite. Prices are exactly what you’d expect: this isn’t a hole-in-the-wall, and it’s not pretending to be. Toastique is well-known, polished, and leans into the aesthetic—but the food and drinks still deliver in a real way.
Healthy, fresh, and genuinely satisfying. Come for the vibe, stay for how good everything actually tastes. Would 100% order the same thing again. 👌

Cannot imagine it took one hour to get this simple food. They just easily forgot your order and asked me if I wanted refund after I had wasted 45 minutes here without one sorry. Seems like customer’s time is nothing for them. I understand it can take longer if there are many customers but it was not at that time.
