Went with friends to the Tampa mall and bought 22$ of food. I was supposed to get a double burger with a fry, Mac n cheese, and a drink. Wasn’t worth 22$, more like 5$. I had to ask for my fry because it wasn’t even in the bag, the Mac n cheese bowl was not even half full, and my burger was only a single. I was better off going to five guys and spending 22$ than spending it at this place.

A counter in the food court of International Plaza mall. It's a good burger that is meat heavy and not dry. I got the one with bacon and boneless baby back ribs and enjoyed it.

The only downside was the fries as they were a bit cold and stale.

But I would recommend this counter for a quick mall meal.

We ate here today 9/7/2024. We had a bruiser burger. It was poorly wrapped and fell out of the wrapper. We took it back to the counter and watched the young line cook rewrap the same burger and try to give it back.

To the credit of the manager (who did apologize)they did give us our money back and offer to make us a new fresh burger.

They should definitely be more cognizant of the people they are hiring.

Came for the first time and order 3 piece tender meal first time i tried some juice tenders and the staff was very patient with me

My burger was very dry and fries were soggy. When I first got in line they told me to go to the other end, I was already waiting ten minutes to get my order in. It wasn’t my fault they didn’t have the sign in the right place. I will not be eating here again. Not very good and the staff was very rude.

Ribs weren't fresh! Ordered tater tots and got fries ordered corn and got macaroni. And didn't get any of the sauces for the tenders. Tenders where fresh. Maybe that's why the order took so long.

My wife bought home baby back ribs and they were bland, super dry and tasted days old…awful. Fries were bland as well. How do you sell this to customers?

If you want bad service and ok food this is the place to go. The norm burger apparently is difficult to make as a custom order since I had to come back 5 times wait to be attended and still have all 5 time get the order wrong.
