Food was tasty! Gabe is a great face man for the business, excellent customer service and attitude!

Absolutely horrible! For this place to be located in International Mall is wild! They have a nice looking restaurant front and an electronic menu display that makes it look pretty good. One of us got a burger in a lettuce wrap which was actually just a piece of lettuce on each side of the burger. Then the cheese fries! They weren’t edible. The amount of salt and smokey flavor was disgusting. We threw it out, couldn’t even try to give it away.

Made me wait 20 min for this raw chicken and soup of Mac cheese get a better staff you got clowns working there ruining your business.

I had the norm for lunch today and found their burger sauce to be extremely salty. The burger was very dry and had moisture to it whatsoever. The fries were warm to hot but very limp. If you're looking for a classic cheeseburger I recommend looking elsewhere because they don't have it. I doubt that I'll return.

Had the ribs, fries, & the bbq chicken salad. The best part of the meal was the ranch dressing for the salad that they forgot to put in(along with the fries) that we had to ask for and the paper bag the order came in.

Service…well, no one wants to work. They’re just there for the paycheck.

Pretty much gives an old favorite a bad name ☹️

This place was the worst we’ve ever been to. We were treated terribly and our order was incomplete. I asked for a fork and knife, but they just threw them at me. The ribs were flavorless and cold, the burger was soggy and tasteless, and the fries were soggy too. We paid $60 for something we didn’t enjoy at all. We definitely don’t recommend this place.

Didn't order anything but the area was nice

The food was definitely a lot better when they first opened, however overall it's not bad. What really got me was the experience I had today. I did a mobile order and whoever y'all had working the front like handing out food and stuff was just rude. She aggressively handed me my food and didn't say a single thing to me, and I work here at the mall in customer service and I could maybe understand if it was busy when I went but it wasn't. If you don't like your job then find a new one, don't be rude to people who didn't do anything to you.

Very rude ….food was very inedible…. Hard bun , sloppy made and fries cold .

Wish I saw the reviews before eating it. Just not good food. The burger was barely Luke warm and both the burger and Nashville chicken sandwich were disgusting.

food is very good but service is bad, did not have any shakes no drinks i had to get a water, but overall a 3/5

Solid ribs at a great value, especially for a food court location! Went there twice, and the team was helpful and fast on both occasions!
