This is my FAVORITE restaurant in Tampa hands down. If I could give it 1000 stars I would. The fish is fresh from Japan, the deals are amazing, it’s just a one of a kind stellar place. Usually places like these might lack in service but nope, i’ve always had amazing service so matter how busy they are. Amazing 100/10, I’ll never stop returning . Slay the house

I am a quiet picky when it comes to food yet this Japanese restaurant truly impressed me and exceeded my expectations, every dish I’ve tried or my friends tried has been really so good, fresh and beautiful presented . The quality is consistent and you can tell they really put care into their cooking , I been there three times so far and every time I try something new from the menu , it’s rare for me to find a place that makes me want to eat there regularly , but this restaurant definitely does. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic, delicious Japanese food ! Every time anyone asks me where to go to eat really delicious authentic Japanese food, I immediately recommend this place to try, I also bring with me new friends every time I want to eat there. The only thing that I don’t like there is the AC because it is very cold so make sure to bring a jacket or you can ask them to provide you with a blanket as they offer that for their customers. This place is really nice and beautiful , the elegant décor and the serene atmosphere creates a warm and inviting dining experience that perfectly complements the cuisine. The staff are amazing especially Zack and Jaime . Make sure to try their (Burrata Caprese, Sashimi Salad (raw), Fresh Salmon Crudo (raw) and from TEMAKI list I tried (Tuna and Avocado, Salmon and avocado hand rolls ) and from Sashimi list: (Salmon, tuna) , from the hot plates (Chicken Karaage which is really fresh, hot and delicious 😋) and Rib Eye Steak is really great too.

It’s not my favorite place in Tampa, but the food does taste good. For my first time I’d say the pros are atmosphere and tasty Japanese food, but the cons are service was not that great and even the bartender at the bar who wasn’t that busy at happy hour was not friendly to us. Don’t be a bartender if you can’t be nice to two young ladies.

I had an unfortunate experience There was a hair in one of my rolls very disgusted. The manager came over all he said was His exact words things happen. I will never be going there again.
I love this place! The food is amazing, and I do enjoy the ambience of the restaurant as well. I ordered a couple hand rolls, espresso martini, an orange drink as well, and some starters. You cant go wrong with anything here food wise. I find it to be pretty loud depending on where you’re sitting but overall loved the vibes. Be careful of parking anywhere in the nearby garage as my friends got towed!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Tori Bar, and I had an amazing experience! My friend Brooke and Emily with the great smile, who works here, recommended I stop by, and I’m so glad I did.
I was truly impressed by the artistry behind the cocktails and the ambiance of the space. I tried the Shishito Spicy Margarita and the Hamacha Martini; both were phenomenal! I absolutely loved the vibe and will definitely Be back :).
