I've tried their blueberry yogurt cake before, and it was decent. Anything fried or greasy just felt too heavy and didn't taste fresh at all. I also got the sweet potato cake, which someone recommended a while back. It did have a strong sweet potato flavor, but I wasn't too keen on their frosting. Basic cream buns are good

I tried to order a cake for a birthday and there is no phone number or online order form for this location. The website does not even list this as a location for Tampa and there is no place to provide this feedback to their corporate office. I called Lotte and was informed we have to physically come into the store to place the order for the cake because they do not have a phone number. We live 50 minutes away and cannot drive just to place an order but they did not seem to care.

This review is strictly based on a really bad customer service rep that picked up the phone. She said her name was Judy but I’m not sure if that is true since it was so obvious that her service was the absolute worst. I’m Spanish so I recognized her Spanish accent immediately. Tous Le Jours has no direct phone number and no way to place orders online like all other Tous Le Jours in the country. Basically there’s no way to know if an item is in stock or a way to place an order for anything because there’s no way to reach them. I called the Customer Service help desk (surprise, their job is to help customers) and Judy wanted nothing to do with that. She was so unhelpful and all I asked her was if a certain cake was available before I made the drive there. I can’t be the only person who is trying to get a hold of you directly. The meat, seafood, deli and produce department all have phone numbers, why not the bakery? Judy shouldn’t be working customer service as she seems to have no experience with kindness or helpfulness.

Bought the pink strawberry bread and when I got home, the filling inside was completely spoiled! I didn’t notice and took one bite and almost vomited! The smell was putrid but you wouldn’t know because it was inside a plastic bag. You guys NEED to put expiration labels or sell by date on your bread because obviously no one is checking them! Isn’t that a health violation or something?!
I also noticed a great deal of flies around the bread and kitchen which was very worrying. As much as I love Tous Le Jours, I’m afraid to go back.

Incredible baked goods decorate the shelves in this small, spotless bakery within Lotte. Soft breads with delightful chew, fresh fruit provide a bright pop of flavour in some baked items, and a crisp, flakey bite in croissants & pastries that put my time in Rome to shame. The trays and personal tongs for each customer ensure sanitary conditions for your self-selected items, and service is friendly, helpful, and swift.
Parking: Due to Tous les Jours being part of Lotte Market, parking is free & plentiful in their large parking lot.
I'm so glad there's a Korean bread shop. It tastes good and I'm excited even though it's a long way to buy bread. I would like to leave one regretful comment. I want fresh bread made every day. Other regions offer bread made that day. It felt like the croquette had been fried twice and I felt empty inside. Red bean donuts dipped in sugar and fried. … . Disappointment… . I want fresh bread made that day. also. If they are packaged one at a time, they won't dry out inside. In donuts in a glass cabinet. Paris came and went. do. Please make sure to correct this. The leftover bread of the day is frozen and sold at a low price. I understand that Tous Les Jours is a company that provides freshly made bread every day. Thank you for the delicious bread❤️
Thankful to have a Korean/asian bakery of this quality in Tampa, albeit it is a bit far in the suburbs. It’s above par of many of the other bakeries around town. Though it is a chain, I love all the unique pastries they offer.
I just came back from Vietnam and Korea where they have a bunch of Tous les Jours there and I found that the quality of the bakery items at the Tampa location are consistent of what I’ve had. It is way pricer here ($5+ for one garlic bread?!) so this is more of a treat than an everyday pastry item. They also make great gifts since everything is excellent.

Pastries are phenomenal, however the packaging they use is a plain plastic bag. The syrupy and delicate surface of the pastries sticks to the bag and ruins them before you can set hands on them. I'm really hoping they improve this aspect, I loved the place.
