Gianna is one of the best servers I've had in a while, she is so knowledgeable, super friendly and enthusiastic, and very on top of it! Although I was sad the burrata and the mussels are gone, We still love Trattoria and would definitely go back just to have Gianna as our server

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and could not think of a better place to do so. This was also our first time back to Trattoria Pasquale following the remodel after the flooding. The downstairs dining area is amazing and how they have opened the main bar area is very inviting. The food was outstanding as always and the service was impeccable.

Luigi catered our wedding back in 2011 at The Italian Club in Ybor City before he opened his restaurant. Each year since he’s opened we say we need to celebrate our anniversary there but it just doesn’t work out. This year we made it happen! Just as we remember the food is AMAZING! I’ve never tasted a tiramisu that was made so perfectly authentic, the red sauce was just the perfect sweetness that makes a true Italian sauce, eating lasagna from a restaurant is also something I will not do (very picky with this dish) but my husband ordered it, I tasted it and WOW 10 stars, I had the veal and it melted in my mouth. We enjoyed cocktails, wine, appetizers, main course, dessert and cappuccino … all of it was outstanding! We can’t wait to return to try every item on the menu! The only con was that our server was extremely slow to tend to us, most of our time was spent waiting to order each course, we would see her standing nearby chatting with other servers as if she had no tables to serve, she didn’t interact with us just “are you ready to order”, no small talk, no menu suggestions- we heard another server going over the specials with their table and having friendly conversation, three different times someone else approached our table asking what we were waiting for, clearly taking note that our server was not being attentive. We sat with empty glasses, apps were finished and just sitting when the main course was coming out, dessert was served long before the cappuccino. For such an amazing atmosphere and exquisite food, the servers need to be up to par for sure. Otherwise a fantastic experience! We will be back and with the family!

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Our waitress was a phenomenal help. He started with the charcuterie board and Arancini. We then also split the Bolognese and gnocchi with cream sauce and finished with the special that night of lamb shank with a Demi glaze. For dessert, we had the cannolis and tiramisu which were delicious. Furthermore, our drinks we're also great. I'd recommend the espresso martini.

To be honest I love this restaurant and the food is still amazing but the service was terrible. Starting off with our drinks, we ordered a coke and sweet tea and waited 10 minutes and had to ask someone else to bring it for us, then our waitress brought a Diet Coke and an unsweet tea. We also had to ask for bread twice. We had to wait a long time to even ask for a box because our waitress just never came and the hostess was pretty much the only one around. It was busy but not as much, I've come here before and it was way busier and the service was great. Once we got the check out waitress wasted no time in picking it up when we signed it, that's probably the fastest we've seen her come back. We definitely did not tip 20% and I wish we could just give the others tip instead of the waitress that did nothing but take the orders and take the check.
