There is a great view of the park that is wasted by this substandard and poorly executed venue. We waited 5 minutes before we saw a hostess. We actually were thinking the place wasn't open. You have to scan a QR code and order from your phone. My wife couldn't eat due to dietary restrictions. There is no place in the ordering system to make changes or substitutions. The food was sub standard. It tasted like it had been reheated a few times. Its a shame because I remember when this was a nice fine dining restaurant. Don't go here.

Annual Pass system is down. Lots of attitude from employee. Can't answer food allergy questions. Ask for a tip before you get your food.

Ordered 3 buffalo burgers ( have to pay before ) then they brought us regular beef patties. 175 dollars for basically 3 McDonald’s cheese burgers. Called and asked for a price adjustment and nothing. Funny thing is they don’t even have a cheese burger on the menu so where did the patties come from???
An hour later and didnt get my food . Got a refund and 1 burger for us to share . Completely forgot my order . What a waste of my time

Highly disappointing! In fact, this place deserves 0 stars! The location is stunning, overlooking the Serengeti with a perfect view of the African wildlife, so it is extremely sad that this restaurant is such a disaster. The first offputting thing is that you have to order through an app. This knocks the ambiance of the restaurant way down. Add to this that there is no music playing and that the room really echoes, making it sound like there are 1000 people in there all talking at the top of their lungs. Next, the food, if you can even call it that! To be fair, all food throughout the park is pretty awful, low quality, processed junk, but I guess I was expecting more from this location due to the higher prices. I was sorely mistaken! I ordered the Peri-Peri chicken. Everything was ice cold, like it was made hours or even days before. The chicken was tough and dry. The fries were completely stale, and the zucchi and squash were so oversalted that they were inedible. I hate returning food, but there was no way I was going to eat any of that. My husband got the tostado. It was not too bad, so we just ended up splitting that. As I looked around at other people's plates, I noticed a lot of half eaten, pocked at food....so I can't imagine that anything else on the menu is worth it. Do yourself a favor and do not bother going to this restaurant, it will definitely put a damper on your day! All in all, Busch Gardens needs to improve the quality of food throughout the park, especially since their food prices are higher than Disney most of, if not all of, the time!
Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff. When we inquired—politely and patiently—about allergy accommodations, the server walked away mid-conversation. When we asked them not to leave, explaining that a guest in our party had serious allergies, their response was not only dismissive but downright rude. Their solution? “Just order a salad.” The audacity.
Food allergies are a serious matter, not an inconvenience. The staff’s tone, body language, and attitude screamed hostility and lack of empathy. It’s clear this person is taking out their personal misery on customers—and it shows in how they speak, act, and present themselves.
Treetop Kitchen needs to take a hard look at who they’re hiring to represent them. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when health is involved.

One of the worst services I have had, in particular the manager. I could not believe the lack of customer service when there was a concern for two in our party with severe allergies and wanted to verify the food was ok for them to eat. Hopefully ai will replace the poor service in restaurants like this one soon.
Damarion is the man! Polite, attentive and kind. Sometimes the food may be just ok, but the people really make the difference. Thanks!
The views from the terrace are also very nice.

It’s very strange that you have to order from your phone and prepay. Then 20 minutes later, they bring your order out. Don’t try to customize your order because it is not happening. All of the employees here seem like they really just did not want to be here, and are therefore unhelpful.
My eight-year-old son had to spend five minutes looking for somebody to get more water.
I guess the food quality here is the same or maybe slightly better than the rest of the park, but what do you expect from an amusement park. You know the food is going to be horribly bad AND expensive. This is no exception. Everything is extremely over priced and comes with a giant order french fries for filler.
No vegan options, (no healthy options for that matter).
Kind of gross really, but like I said, what do you expect from amusement park food?

The view is cool but that's about it. When I ordered the food for my husband I mentioned to the pleasent lady in the front that I wasn't sure how to order a burger with no veggies. She said when I ordered just to let her know and she will let the chef know. So I did. A little while after a gentlemen came out and asked my husband no cheese right we said yes cheese no veggies. Well the food came out with cheese but full of veggies. Ugh. I ordered the cuban sandwich, being cuban I can tell you nothing about this sandwich impressed. The bread wasn't even cuban or close to cuban bread. The sangria tasted like medicine. We spent $150. It was not worth it.

Overpriced for what you get. They make you scan a QR code to order your food and it doesn't give you an option to customize your order. We told two different people that I wanted my burger a certain way and they still put everything on it in the kitchen and brought it out to me. The bison burger was way overcooked and the cuban sandwich was definitely nothing like an actual cuban sandwich. The amount of money they charge for their food, they should do some research to serve authentic food that they claim to be such.

Food was excellent, friendly and attentive staff, and wonderful view. Very satisfied with the beef tenderloin, as well as the bison burger. By far the best dining location at the park. Worth the slightly higher price.
