What an incredible place! The atmosphere and beer selection is beyond anything around. Excited to come back for dinner when the chef gets the new menu. What a great place to enjoy beers, wine, and the charcuterie boards absolutely divine!
Nice, chill environment with a fantastic beer list on draft and in bottles (and wine and cider too). Beer offerings from all styles: beer-tasting beers (lagers, pilsners), sours from wild to pastry, porters to big BBA stouts, the range of IPAs and APAs, and run the gamut from traditional to experimental stuff too. Trellis at Buchman is a great spot to visit, especially for craft beer enthusiasts. The atmosphere is inviting, with a clean and simple decor featuring plenty of plants and good vibes. The owner Joel's passion for the curated beer selection is outstanding, and the staff offers excellent, personable service with knowledgeable suggestions. The beer selection is extensive, with plenty of options to choose from, including local tasty beers, and the wine list is similarly varied. Flatbreads and charcuterie boards are now available, with vegetarian options on the menu. It's an excellent spot to meet friends, have a casual night out, or even work from with a laptop, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating where you can enjoy the Ybor chickens and beautiful foliage. The ambiance is welcoming, with good music and a well-put-together space that everyone should check out. Parking is convenient with nearby options, and the establishment is wheelchair accessible.
