Usually food decent, BUT for almost $40 I don't want a plate of mostly white rice and spoiled salad. I ordered dal and I got mostly rice. The dalphuri was stale, like it was made Monday and reheated all week and then sold on Friday, end of day. I will be taking a break from this place. Do better please. Give customers what they pay for.

If you're wanting some good food (especially good authentic Trini food just like Mama makes back home) you need to come here. Coming from a FL born and raised girl, this food is delicious. From a girl whose been to Trinidad and had plates full of Mama's curry chicken and roti, it makes me feel like I'm back there. Not only the food, but the customer service. The owner came out and talked with us and was so sweet even while we were ordering. I appreciated the conversation and telling us about when they have new specials. 100% a must visit for anyone.

So, finding a good Trini place for food can be difficult. Well, look no further, Trini Spice is the place to be.I ordered the doubles with slight pepper. The dough was nice and soft with a crisp outer edge. The chana and pepper were very delicious. The doubles literally melts in your mouth. A tad pricey to what I am used to but still worth it.I would definitely recommend this place.

Trini Spice is still a great place for food. My go to order is two doubles with heavy tamarind sauce. It taste great every time and always reminds me of Trinidad. I highly recommend. Great staff very friendly and accommodating.

Being born in Trinidad, I must say that the food was great and flavorful, appears like they have taken time to incorporate authentic flavors and spices from Trinidad.Portions are great, doubles are outstanding and Roti is large and made to order, piping hot, curry goat very tender and meaty.Prices won't break the bank

Ordered my food at 1:27pm. Was told 45 min wait. Got my food at 3:10pm. I got 2 doubles and a curry goat. Doubles were tasty and goat was OK at best. Totally not worth the wait. Not sure what was more important - People actually waiting in line to order food or taking phone orders. If you can’t decide. Build a better system. All I got at the end was “Wow you’ve been here a long time. We need to do better. Thanks for your patience.” Didn’t offer anything to smooth out the experience. An extra drink. Maybe even an extra double would’ve been better than “we need to do better”Look I’ve waited for food for 2+ hours before. I got no problem with waiting (obviously) but at least be straightforward and think about the customer first.

They are taking phone orders and serving the people on line simultaneously and you can't tell if you're just waiting for them to finish up cooking the phone orders before they serve the people who are there in person, but that's what it seems likeIt's a cramped area and the food truck is right next to a drive up window tinting business and you have no idea where to park in the tiny lot and there are no signs. I waited at least 30 minutes for 2 oxtail curry with dhal pourri and 2 doubles. It's fine to wait if the food it worth it but it really wasn'tThe food is ok, could use a bit more seasoning. Everything needed salt. However the biggest issue is the portion size. For about $17 a serving you get about a burrito bowl size of food from Chipotle to make a comparison of the curry goat with a very small meat serving. The potatoes in the curry were over boiled and mushed up as well. I asked for extra spicy doubles and they had almost zero flavor and I had to put my own pepper sauce from my home on it to make it taste okIf there was even an option to pay extra for double the meat or something that would be beneficial.Over all not terrible, but I wouldn't go back bc there were too many negatives from the food itself, the portions, poor ordering system and location
