Everytime I visit this little food truck I'm blown out of the park! Everything on their menu is amazing and the guy running the truck is so welcoming and clearly loves what he does. Highly recommend

We were looking for something new and close by our home and we found this nice quaint food truck. My girlfriend and I decided to get food Tristan’s and it did not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast while my girlfriend ordered a chicken and steak quesadilla. Both items were absolutely phenomenal and filled with meat. Yummy!

Pulled pork omelette on Cuban with veggies and Swiss cheese! Definitely ? % worth checking out!!! Great local truck at a great price with excellent food choices! Delish!!

It no longer exists except for a small glass enclosed food heater on the cashiers counter at the gas stations mart!

First time customer. Had a breakfast sandwich on a roll with eggs, bacon and cheese. Service was fast and sandwich tasted great. Convenient spot if you travel on Cross Creek Blvd. On the west side of the plaza now with seating. Recommended!!
