I was really disappointed with my visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered an acai bowl, but it came out watery and lacking flavor, definitely not what I was expecting. To make matters worse, the cashier seemed a bit rude and uninterested in helping. They also refused to take cash, which was really inconvenient. Overall, not a great experience.

1. The cashier was very rude, 2. the açaí bowl was made watery and flavorless the first time and 3. the Strawberry Mango and Sunrise Sunset were also very watery and tasteless. Waste of time and money at this location sadly :(

I came in on my lunch break I work in the plaza , I ordered a jerk wrap and side corn and I also saw a sign saying “Leave us a google Review and get a free 12 oz Smoothie — Our treat for your thoughts” once i completed my order I asked could I leave a review and get a smoothie as well she said they don’t do that anymore which left me a bit uneasy because the sign is right out front , briefly we just starred at each other in awkwardness and she said she would give me a kids size smoothie with a review.. that offer failed the integrity of what the sign said BUT here I am lol leaving a honest review for my child size smoothie which does taste great! Service- great, she accommodated the sign even when saying they no longer do it and when I asked when it ended she couldn’t give me a clear explanation and said it was supposed to be for 1 month. So be mindful if you do see the sign by the register it’s a bit misleading ! Thanks Tropical Smoothie! Opened my jerk wrap, like another review said… lots of lettace and the smallest portion of chicken … it’s a bean and lettuce wrap at this point- this is a problem…the wrap alone is 8.99
