I came in yesterday. The ladies behind the counter priyanka were amazing, best smoothie I'd ever had. The staff Abbas was so unbelievably friendly and kind, I'd give them all a raise if I could! Actually incredible people. They both helped me a lot.Coming here again!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hands down my favorite spot for a refreshing and healthy treat. Their smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. Whether you're in the mood for something fruity, creamy, or packed with protein, they have a wide variety to choose from. My personal favorite is the Sunrise Sunset – it’s the perfect balance of sweet and tangy!
The food options are just as fantastic. Their wraps, flatbreads, and bowls are flavorful and always served fresh. I appreciate that they offer healthier alternatives without sacrificing taste.
The staff at every location I’ve visited are super friendly and efficient, even during busy times. The cafe itself is clean, inviting, and a great place to unwind.

Customer service is non existent. I ordered curbside and waited 10 mins while no one was in the store! Had to go in and get my order. Which was missing an item and my smoothie and flatbread was missing key ingredients. This location is AWFUL!!!!!!!!

The food at this location was so tasteless… I ordered the humus veggie wrap and received a wrap with no hummus no avocado, just lettuce, a drizzle of ranch and a sprinkle of rice. I had pre ordered on the app and when I went in to pick it up, the side I had ordered was apparently out of stock so instead of asking what I wanted as a replacement, the man just said “ I gave you the jalapeño corn”. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I won’t be coming back.

The staff's attitude was completely unprofessional—they rolled their eyes as if serving us was an inconvenience, even though we're paying customers. The service was ZERO! This visit left us with a very negative impression, and we won’t be returning to this location.
I have a friend who owns a Tropical Smoothie franchise in Pinellas County, and this is not the kind of service the brand would want their name associated with. Stay away from this location.

This is a terrible location. I frequent Tropical Smoothies often and enjoy them regularly. My wife and I both got our usual and they lacked any flavor whatsoever. Seemed like the people running it are cutting corners and the quality is suffering. Also, the store was just overall dirty. Will not return.

Do not go here! They use tap water from a dirty sink for the smoothies. I caught them doing it and then the guy went to the back and got a plastic water bottle. They don’t even have filtered water. I am an avid Tropical Smoothie person at other locations and this is the worst one I’ve encountered. I agree with the other reviews that have said the same thing.

Honestly, I’ve ordered from here a few times since I work close. I’ve never been like blown away by their food but the other day I ordered a salad and it was the worst salad I’ve ever had. It was basically just lettuce, cilantro and some chicken. The cilantro wasn’t really even cut very small. I didn’t eat it. I threw it away.The wrap I got was good.

I’m an avid tropical smoothie girl. I work in downtown so I’m always going to specifically that location. However, this one on Neptune is close to my house so I go there in my off time when I want a smoothie. I truly have to say the Neptune location has gone completely downhill. Every-time I get the island green smoothie it literally tastes like blended water (and I know it is not this smoothie specifically because I get it in the downtown location once a week and it tastes AMAZING). I filled out an online survey to recieve a $1.99 coupon on my next smoothie with the purchase of a food item. I go into the Neptune location and the girl with glasses working the counter was beyond disrespectful and said I couldn’t use it and her reasoning made absolutely zero sense. So I walked out and bought nothing specifically because of the disrespect. I used to love going to the Neptune location so it’s definitely upsetting.
