Takeing the time out of my day to recognize Darieh, who handled a very large order from a bunch of indecisive people of which a few had food allergies who were in my group (sorry, Darieh). I'm sure it had to be a frustrating experience for her but, she handled it like a pro because we couldn't tell.
The entire experience was seamless. Darieh displayed tremendous patience and a level of service that you dont expect at a place like this. She could easily work in a high end, fine dining establishment, or anywhere for that matter.
Darieh was very attentive, intuitive, outwardly positive and maintained a smile the entire time.
I'll be back for that triple protein smoothie with ALL THE GINGER!

If you place an online order for pickup at this location, their closing hours don’t update while at this location, they closed on holidays especially President’s Day. It took my money and my order that already went through was still up on their screen inside the restaurant while nobody was in there. It still took my money including my coupon I applied with the order. Reached out to customer service also and I don’t know if they will ever get back to me which I’m hoping they do! I haven’t been back here in Tampa since 2021 and this was my first time ordering something from a Tropical Smoothie here! I’m disappointed that it still took my money and won’t let me cancel my order.

When you have been trying to order your favorite for the past two weeks and they have been out of tomato. Go in today (12 minutes before they close) and the lady tells me they have tomatoes but I can’t order food because they close in 12 minutes. Just a little annoying. Maybe post a sign with the hours you are actually willing to serve food? Just a thought.
