Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I debated leaving a review, because I ordered my food through doordash and was credited for my order there, but I’m not sure if any TS employees were alerted and I think people should be aware of my recent experience. I have been to this location a few times, and I’ve always had good experiences. However, this time, right in the middle of my flatbread was a red strand of hair. I was already halfway through eating it at the point where I found it. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was pretty grossed out. Not really sure how you get hair in food.

Gabby is one of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time. We had a situation that prevented us from picking up our order right away and she assured us that she would take care of us when we are able to make it there. She was so thoughtful on the phone and once I arrived to pick up our order, thank you Gabby!

The fruit tastes bad/old. I would never go here again. When I went to ask for a refund I was told they don’t do refunds. Nathan had horrible customer service and was not helpful at all.

This location needed a staff makeover. I quit using this location. However, they are lucky to have Gabby as a store manager! She is always upbeat, happy and encouraging to her staff. She's always great with customers and I now don't drive out of my way to avoid using this location. I appreciate the change she's putting in place🥰

Love tropical smoothie, the classic big box smoothie store offering a wide variety of smoothies and healthier bites. Perfect place for a quick snack or a light lunch. They have a small breakfast menu as well. Staff at this location has always been friendly to me and the food meet the standard. Will definitely come back for a quick smoothie and a snack!
