Daniela & Sandy are so welcoming, professional and helpful. They remember my name and my favorite items, making it easy for me to order and pick up my yummy meal and smoothie. They also take their time to remind me of their offers and all the perks I get for being a loyal customer. I specifically return to this location because of the way they greet and treat me. Great job, Tropical Smoothie leadership, in building such a great TEAM. Continue offering them incentive opportunities so they can continue giving their best in your behalf.

Was a little hesitant to get breakfast here due to the bad reviews, but saw they're under new management so I decided to try it. It was perfect! I got an acai bowl and it was made perfectly to my specifications. I also didn't wait long at all. Definitely a good smoothie place!

I just watched on YouTube we’re Shilo Sanders visited this Tropical Smoothie location and the worker didn’t acknowledge him,and ate a snack like he wasn’t waiting to be waited on in line,check out the video on his YouTube channel.

Tried the new watermelon mojito it’s so good! These places are consistent and keep their quality the same at least at the locations I have been.

Worst store ever. No proper services at all. Look how they made that quesdilla. I suggest you all not to visit this store at all. Totally ZERO star store.

In town for All State Band and decided to check out Tropical Smoothie. First time here and we loved it! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The Manager Jason was ‘all over it’ performing all tasks to keep up with the pace. We will definitely be back!

Very delicious Thai chicken salad: warm chicken, fresh salad leaves and veggies, and crispy crackers. I ordered it with Detox smoothie and it tastes good! The service is nice, the guys are welcoming and friendly.

I was on the line to the bathroom and they have requirements not to allow the people that are not a customers, but a couple just run and the worker opened the restroom for them, 5 black peoples without a line!
This worker is here first day looks like🤦‍♀️ Poor food, staff, looooong time waiting

I came in yesterday 11/9. The ladies behind the counter were amazing, best smoothie I'd ever had. The staff was so unbelievably friendly and kind, I'd give them all a raise if I could! Actually incredible people. Coming here again!
