Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Very delicious Thai chicken salad: warm chicken, fresh salad leaves and veggies, and crispy crackers. I ordered it with Detox smoothie and it tastes good! The service is nice, the guys are welcoming and friendly.

I was on the line to the bathroom and they have requirements not to allow the people that are not a customers, but a couple just run and the worker opened the restroom for them, 5 black peoples without a line!
This worker is here first day looks like🤦‍♀️ Poor food, staff, looooong time waiting

I came in yesterday 11/9. The ladies behind the counter were amazing, best smoothie I'd ever had. The staff was so unbelievably friendly and kind, I'd give them all a raise if I could! Actually incredible people. Coming here again!

This is the second time I’ve come here and gotten a cold flatbread and they also didn’t make my smoothie correct I asked them to fix it and it still didn’t taste right. I come to tropical smoothie in Brandon all the time and they never mess it up

I got an acai bowl from here. When I picked it up and walked it home, it was still frozen solid. I could tell that it was premade and served without being thawed. Most acai bowls are freshly made so I am disappointed that they clearly dont make them fresh here. I let it defrost and the taste was awful. The blueberry topping was warmer than the base of course but could tell they were not fresh. I tried calling the cafe a few times, and no one picked up. I am truly un happy with both the meal and service from this establishment

My order was ready when i arrived, so no interaction was done. My order was a Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap with chips and an Island Punch Smoothie.

Bought 3 smoothies here on 7/6/24 around 6:30pm. Watched the male employee that was making my kids smoothies lick his hand and my kids cup. I then confronted him about it and he got mad and tried to justify his actions.

Definitely not a "Health-Concious" Cafe. Smoothies were bland, workers were rude. Licked a customers smoothie cup before giving it to them??

There seems to be a lot of confusion on the store hours. I tried to suggest new hours based on my experience 6/8/24.

We didn’t get a chance to try out this location as it was closed when we arrived. I would just suggest to management that they are more attentive that the information present on Google is accurate if they want to have a better relationship with their customers.

Always closed before 9pm

There on point here in downtown Tampa, I order online for lunch and pick up, food is always good and ready!!!
