2 people working and no one greets you when you walk in. There are two girls seating at the counter when I walk in. The girl is busting her ass to making smoothies for them. I went to go seat down because I didn't feel well. A guy walks in and gets helped before me. The lady finished the 3 smoothies and the guy and the lady start cleaning up and no asked me if I have been helped so I walked out for now on be finding another smoothie place to go to.

this is the second time ive ordered a chicken pesto and got this... no pesto. no tomato. honestly, this location is terrible and id recommend just avoiding them at all costs. the employees clearly have no common sense or care about their jobs. If i was petty, id take them to court

I always come here all the time and they never disappoint. However, Jesus made my experience 100x better! He provided great service and was very efficient. Not to mention the smoothie he made was delicious. Thank you for your exceptional customer service !

I had a horrible experience with DoorDash the driver forgot half my order and refused to go back and get it. I called the store and Christopher the store manager went way beyond customer service!

It was a great experience the protein shake was Uber delicious
only giving it two stars because I usually love Tropical Smoothie and the smoothies are good. I placed a Doordash order, one of the items was entirely wrong. I ordered a 3 Cheese 'Dilla and received some sort of wrap which I couldn't identify but it wasn't very good. I received my refund through Doordash but being that I also work in the food industry I called the store to make them aware of the mistake assuming someone else might've received my order. Whoever answered the phone was super rude and only answered with "Hello?" when I tried to clarify "is this Tropical Smoothie?" he said "who's this?" so I asked a second time and again he responded with "who's this" so I said "a customer, can I speak to the manager?" Then suddenly within a second it was "thank you for calling Tropical Smoothie" but it sounded like the exact same voice even though he claimed it wasn't. he said he's the manager Christopher, and apologized and said next time to come in and find him and he would rectify the situation to which I said I appreciated. Although, I likely won't be returning. I'm not sure if the manager is who answered the phone so unprofessionally, or the employee pretended to be a manager, or if their voices were just that similar. but the entire experience was not good. I've been to Tropical Smoothie lots of times and been very happy, but usually in Pinellas, so maybe it's just this location. I don't usually leave bad reviews for places, and if it would've just been the order mistake I wouldn't have, but the customer service experience was WILD. this location really needs to improve their overall food and service experience.

My turkey sandwich was cut with a dirty knife. Had Buffalo hot sauce on it. Sandwich does not come with Buffalo sauce on it. Very dirty- unacceptable.
