Really bad experience in this location. Did a mobile order ones I got home both smoothie had a completely bad taste my wife and I had to throw it way, keep in mind I been going to tropical smoothie for months and this never happen in other locations. I bought this flavors before so I know it was made wrong. Also contacted the store asking for money back but I haven’t heard back from them.

They gave my smoothie to the wrong person, then when I asked the person who works there. They told me that they see we grab the smoothie.. I told him I never took the smoothie, and the worker called me a liar.. Long story short, the worker found my smoothie. He had misplaced it and put it on the other side of the counter not with their normally go. Instead of apologizing for accusing me. He came up to me and told me here’s your smoothie. I put it in the wrong place instead of calling me a liar.

My wife placed an online order for a sandwich and a smoothie. They made her sandwich immediately but it took them 50 minutes to make the smoothie as the sandwich sat there getting cold. I can’t say I’ll spend my money at this location again.

I went to tropical smoothie on my break and this is what I was served, it was very busy so I didn’t mind the wait but this….THIS is what I waited 20 mins for. I even called the store to ask if they were out of ingredients but before I could even talk to someone they answered and hung up in my face. As you can see this is my first review so you know it was Very disappointing honestly wouldn’t even recommend this place.
If I could 0 star I would. So bad customer service. Really slow and rude, don’t come here.

The food was awful, disgusting. I got a three cheese chicken quesadilla, they didn't even cut the slices all the way, and the cheese was not melted. On top of that, the chicken was freezing cold, i thought i was eating antartica while taking bites out of my slices. Also, I got my food WAAAAY after everyone else did, even though I ordered first! I hope one day, Chef Gordon Ramsey Comes to tampa and closes this shit down. I have never been so appalled in my life by food.
