Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The staff here is super nice! My toddler dropped my smoothie on the ground, breaking the cup, and they quickly put up the caution sign and made me a brand new smoothie at no charge. Thank you guys!

Haven't went the place since it was in the mall But i was craving a smoothie and boy did it hit the spot and the service amazing mia took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure it was the best experience with a smile.

We visited this place and the service was amazing, the 2 young ladies were professional and attentive. And the smoothies specifically were delicious. We will definitely be back.

Been getting the chicken pesto for 6 years (Brandon location) I now work near oldsmar and I now sometimes go to the new location (this one). prices went up which is fine, but quality and workers is horrible now. I get a cold sandwich, chicken is cold inside. Taste off. Today I asked for them to toast to extra well. Got my sandwich and chicken was cold. They insisted they could not make it hot. I asked nicely and said its been done. Idk how hard it is to just toast it extra. I was patient and said I would wait to please have another. I let people go ahead if me. I pull up take the bag and already knew it was to right but I was done at this point. They put the pesto and cheese on the side and didn't put tomatoes. I didn't ask for that. Is it that hard to just make it hot? Lol. Workers need to smarten up.

I’ve been here about a dozen times and everyone that works here is a super sweetheart. I always receive exactly what I order. No issues with coupons. The absolute nicest employees. 10/10
