Been getting the chicken pesto for 6 years (Brandon location) I now work near oldsmar and I now sometimes go to the new location (this one). prices went up which is fine, but quality and workers is horrible now. I get a cold sandwich, chicken is cold inside. Taste off. Today I asked for them to toast to extra well. Got my sandwich and chicken was cold. They insisted they could not make it hot. I asked nicely and said its been done. Idk how hard it is to just toast it extra. I was patient and said I would wait to please have another. I let people go ahead if me. I pull up take the bag and already knew it was to right but I was done at this point. They put the pesto and cheese on the side and didn't put tomatoes. I didn't ask for that. Is it that hard to just make it hot? Lol. Workers need to smarten up.

I’ve been here about a dozen times and everyone that works here is a super sweetheart. I always receive exactly what I order. No issues with coupons. The absolute nicest employees. 10/10

I was a former employee here due to harrasment and bullying here I my self walked out and quit told the manager here and manager here don’t care about the harrassment and constant bullying from the minors that work here asked the manager to give me HR”s phone number and ignored me now I’m having to follow up with a lawyer about this because of how I was treated here I felt judged every day working here no one cares about employees opinion I’m sorry but this new manager doesn’t know what she’s. Doing at times and crazy how she tolerates bullying other employees which is crazy because it is a state law that harassment should be handled and it wasn’t handled here at all I wish they replace this manager with someone with more knowledge because the manager tamekia isn’t it at all

Place is clean, service was fine but the staff seems very new- didn’t know how to enter my phone number in to use rewards… I’m sure he’ll learn from it. Food was ready in 7 minutes. Cool location with plenty of parking.

I placed an online order here and when I showed up my food was ready, however my smoothie was not. The employees looked stressed so I patiently waited 30 minutes with no problem. When I received my smoothie it was the wrong one. At that point I kindly asked the employee if I would just be able to receive a refund for the smoothie. She proceeded to yell at me about how they were understaffed and was unwilling to remake it or provide a refund. I reached out to tropical smoothie support hoping to receive a refund and they never got back to me. I don’t usually do reviews, however this tropical smoothie is poorly managed and run. I would not recommend.
