This place has terrible service.Usually takes like a half hour in the drive-thru at least to blend up some veggies? Kind of strange.I ordered Energizer in one of my two smoothies. I did not want my wife to have it that she was pregnant. They gave me two identical cups... After waiting a half hour to drive through I didn't even have time to demand a refund.So I am leaving this review.

Customer service was awful. We had TMobile coupons which we were unable to pull up on the Topical Smmothie app. The staff was clueless on helping us. Told us same thing happened to a previous customer. We left the store with no purchase.....Previous staff was always friendly and helpful. We will NOT return to this location!

Look at your receipt. 12/07/23 At around 2:10, a male employee at the register reached out to the credit card device and tipped himself with my card without my authorization. I also saw him doing this to other customers. An unethical person like that should not be trusted in this establishment, especially around money or people's credit cards.

My husband and I come to location a lot! We are always pleasant and so is the staff and service! Today was a little different. We were in the drive-thru at 4:40pm today 11/17/23. We waited for a couple of minutes and waited to be greeted by someone but noone greeted us. As we were about to back up to order inside, a lady's voice came through the intercom "ARE YOU READY TO ORDER?" No hello, or hi just ARE YOU READY TO ORDER. (with a i'm not in the mood tone) My husband and I were so turned off by her unwelcomed greeting we just said thank you but it's okay and left!!!I'm an Assistant General Manager for a rooftop restaurant and also the head of hospitality training. Whoever that young lady was if you were having a bad day we definitely felt it. We ended up going to the Tropical Smoothie on memorial and had a much better experience!

Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and working in the service industry I am pretty understanding of mistakes but this cafe can't seem to figure it out.First time I ordered from here I was asked to pull into a spot and wait. No issue. 15 minutes went by and still no one came out. Went inside and inquired about my order and it was sitting on the counter and no one seemed to think it was an issue. Whatever; not a big deal.Went through again and ordered a breakfast wrap and chicken bacon ranch melt. The melt was great but egg in the wrap was still frozen in the middle, so $4 wasted.Maybe third time is a charm! Ordered two egg wraps, paid and pulled out and they only made one. The bag also had sauce on the outside (sandwich didn't have sauce) which got all over the inside of my car.Just avoid this cafe all together and go to the one on Memorial Hwy. This one can't seem to get it right. Very disappointing!

I've been ordering from this tropical smoothie for quite some time. But today I ordered online with a pick up time at 10:46. I didn't get there until 10:51 and my order was still not complete. I stood at the counter and waited. Nobody came up to me, just looked at me and kept doing nothing and then, when I went up to the man working to ask about my order, the rolled his eyes and just ignored me. Then one of the manager ladies came up and showed him that he missed my order that has it sitting on the screen, after she made my order, I grabbed it and then she rudely said you're welcome implying that I should have thanked her for making my order late.?

Will NEVER ever go back! Extremely slow service! They Got the order wrong and had to wait 19 min for two wraps that were put together like a 2 year old did it then the wrap was soaked in sauce. Disgusting! Not worth it!

I have come to this place several times and the food is good but the service is terrible. It takes way too long just to be greeted and the employees seem unfriendly and not properly trained. Today I visit and waited 20minutes and no one came and greeted me. I even said hello really loud but no one even came out. Needless to say I left and will not be coming back until there is proper staffing.

Great smoothies but this location seems to be understaffed as there always seems to be slow service. I tried to alleviate this by mobile ordering but the service was still pretty slow even with that.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru waiting 20 mins just for two cars in front of me to get their food and smoothies. They need some reevaluation of their service.

Doesn’t matter the time of day, inside or drive thru, the service is slow which is really disappointing. The smoothies are usually pretty good though, just plan to take some time.

Always very slow service. Every time I go I leave frustrated because it takes at least 30 minutes to get one or two smoothies and nothing else. Today I got there around 1:15 and there was nobody in line. I ordered a mango monsoon smoothie (and nothing else) and paid in less than 5 minutes. After I paid the employee asked me to pull around to the front or side and he noted my car. Soon after I realized there were several cars in front of us that I didn’t know about because they had all pulled around also. At 1:50 I went inside to check on my smoothie and the employee said they were looking for me. I was parked right in front of the door, so they must have forgotten what my car looked like. I tried to explain to him that it was frustrating to pull into a drive through with no other cars, pay, and then find out later there are actually several cars in front of me. If I had seen 7-10 cars waiting in the drive through, I would never have stopped. He said they had a new employee and a lot of customers, which I think actually made my point more. This is just one example and it’s always slow. I do not plan to return.

Good smoothies but 15 min wait during my 30 min lunch break for a smoothie and 3 workers inside also having us park out front building after placing order ? Please let’s make this make more sense .
