They need to hire more people. Shouldn't take 25 mins to make 2 smoothies especially for an online order. Waited an extra 15 mins after my pickup time to get 2 smoothies.

IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB, DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND QUIT.I’ve visited this location before and it always takes so long to get your food but what do I know about the operation and time it takes to make it.Just visited this location and again, took over 20 minutes to get my wrap and smoothie .Not because it took that long to nuke my wrap but because our of the multiple workers, only one was running the register and making the food.I went in to check on my food after 15 minutes to see my wrap just then being made.The employee put on gloves to make my wrap (thankfully), “wrapped” my wrap and threw it into the oven/cooker and then returned to the register and KEPT THE GLOVES ON while touching the register.Another worker finally walked out and took my wrap out of the cooker within a few seconds/minute of it being in there and then started working on other orders.The first employee returned to my wrap, put it in its paper wrapping and put it in the bag.I have no plans on eating the food after the glove fiasco since he touched my food with the same gloves. I get to my car and open it up to this-poorly wrapped and cold wrap!“Why didn’t you ask them to remake it?” These kids clearly didn’t care to do it right in the first place, I had no plans to give them more of my time, I’ll be getting a refund instead.UPDATE: THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY SMOOTHIE!

GREAT service and food! Dillon has to be the most professional and happiest tropical smoothie employee I’ve meet in years of coming to them. I’m not from this area but eat at many all over. I’ll def come back, keep up the good work. Very happy customer

Hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie. Beware if you order food. I've given this place about 6 tries. They either don't do your mobile order close to the time the website says or they are out of certain items. Every time!! It stinks because I really like Tropical Smoothie as a whole.
