My issue with coming here today is that the staff already has a 15% tip added to the price of whatever I'm purchasing and I have to manually change that. Get paid to work already. Don't expect everything extra for doing nothing. This is a poor business model. Everything else was good as normal other than the person of the drive-thru was very short with me and seemed uninterested in me being a customer.

The slowest service that I have experienced. Two people there, bad costumer service definitely if you wanna wait like an hour for two drinks and 2 wraps you should go there. Also they didn’t know what are they doing she was too busy on the phone.

Chia oatmeal was not mixed will, the granola was given in chunks had to work for my breakfast. And the employees were nonchalant, didn’t even try to welcome us didn’t even said thank you or welcome didn’t even make me feel welcome. Didn’t even tell me how much my order was and leaves to proceed to make the food while I waited for my receipt too. I can understand if you can’t speak proper English but the least you can say is welcome it’s not hard to say. I will never come back. I like when my food is made with respect and not annoyance.If you are to come for fast food, sure they got speed.But customer service. No. Don’t expect that.Good restaurants is made with excellent ingredients, customer service and speed
