Now this is a restaurant in Tampa actually worth writing about. After some disappointing meals & experiences on my trip I thought maybe Tampa just was hell on earth. True Food Kitchen proved that not to be true! Great food & a lovely experience.
Where most of my other experiences were rude & argumentative people, all my interactions with the staff here were the opposite.
Definitely recommend over anything else in this area!

Stopped in for the first time for lunch and not only was it amazing but Cody gave 5 star service. He’s great and his personality was amazing and he makes a great espresso martini. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you Cody!!!
Its a nice place the food is a little overrated, the burgers are good the pizza no, to simple. And the service was not good. Was almost empty in a weekday and they take forever for everything and the manager got mad because she can't find who order what food. Ill never came back

I’ll preface this with the back ground that my husband swears this place is great in Ohio and was excited to bring me and the kids here on our shopping trip to REI.
1. The regular water or perhaps the glasses has a mildew smell. I confirmed with my daughter to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind. 2. The all American burger is rather small and has a sweet taste to it. I’m not sure where the sweetness came from, maybe the sauce, but it wasn’t the flavor profile I was looking for on a regular plane Jane cheese burger. 3. The jambalaya pasta- was more like a jambalaya soup. My husband and some both got that and both were not a bit disappointed in how wet the pasta was. You would think it would have been a dryer pasta with jambalaya over top but it was more like a soup. Should have come with a spoon… but did not infact come with a spoon. 4. Chicken sandwich with fries- the fries are air fried but not cooked long enough to be crispy. The only crispy part are the burnt ends.
On the positive side, the dragon fruit lemonade did get a great review from my daughter. I wish I could say I was happy with lunch but cost versus food value was very far off.
