I was treated extremely poorly by an employee at this establishment. I don't know how to speak English fluently, and the lady, who is already a certain age, was very rude. Throwing my order at me and throwing the spatula against the counter which scared me and my kids, while we were just trying to eat and have fun.Unfortunately this lady made my day sad.

The pretzels from Twisted Tails Pretzels are my go-to food items at Busch Gardens Tampa. They're always huge and delicious. Just be prepared for atrocious prices.

What better than a salty cheesy pretzel and a craft beer? And then a sugar cinnamon pretzel with icing.... it’s like heaven! They’re always so good BUT their goodies are not part of the dining deal (the bracelet) so you pay full price, you can also apply the members discounts and refill the refillable cup for like $1.Great stop, usually no lines...Delicious ???? ????

Nice cafe in the main games and food district.They have a big beer selection too. We had a pretzel dog and cheese, was good. Fast and friendly service. Plus the place next door was giving away free beer (2 per person) this ended up being a great pit stop.It's air conditioned inside and there are misting sprays right out front. Thank goodness.

SO YUMMY the pretzel dog is good but kinda salty , the sweet one is so good
I do not recommend going to this place. We waited in line for over an hour and a half for food; simple hot dogs—pigs in a blanket—and they did not have sufficient food for all the people that were here. They have like one person in the kitchen, two in the register and that is it. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else although I will also say the lines for literally any kiosk or restaurant or fast food place here were tremendously long so choose at your own volition.

The lady that working the check out counter most of the day on May 1, 2022 was a (Use your favorite adjective of a nasty human here).She was out of the FESTIVALLLLLLLL BRAUTWORSTTTTT so we were told we could get a beer instead. When we got to the counter, she said no. And she said she wasn't part of the festival food.............We pointed to the BIG ASS MENU behind us that said they were a part of the festival.... We then asked if we could get a pretzel dog instead because it was the EXACT SAME PRICE. No.Wtf.So we couldn't sub out a pretzel dog for the brautworst they were out of. And she wouldn't let us get a festival beer...like, how does that make any sense?There were a few different ways she could have helped us since SHE was the one out of the item that was advertised.Everyone else has been helpful during this time. Busch gardens is out of a LOT of things during their food and wine festival. So the employees have been pretty nice helping with substitutes.Not this lady. Also, someone asked for a straw for their cup earlier that didn't come with a straw and she acted like you were asking her to run the entire park by herself. She literally just had to open her drawer to give him a straw...instead she was a straw Natzi and gave him the hardest time about it.She.Needs.To.Go.

Everytime I go to Busch Gardens we always stop here for pretzels and beer. Easy quick serve place with great brews on tap. Pretzel options are salted or cinnamon, you can add for cheese sauce or cream cheese icing as dips. Worth the look if you are looking for a quick snack with a beverage.
