You guys are truly missing out on a ton of business during the week. Most people take their lunch break between 1130am or 12:00 and have to be back at work by 1:00. But if you guys don't open till 1:00 nobody can stop by and pick up a shake on the way back.

Disappointed with Recent Visits.
I used to really enjoy coming here, but my last two visits have been disappointing. The first time, they didn’t include all the ingredients in my sundae, and when I asked to give my number for rewards, I was told it was too late.
I decided to give it another try a few weeks later, but the experience still fell short. The service seemed slower than usual—mostly teens working, chatting with each other instead of focusing on moving the line along.
Feels like things are going downhill. Hoping they get back on track because it used to be a great spot.
