Went for a cone, sat in the drive-through at the window, watching the worker hold my cone and wave it around like he was flagging planes on a tarmac for five minutes. It wasn’t until one of the female workers finally grabbed it out of his hands to give it to me in the window and it was melting already because he wouldn’t hand it over. Menu board said 299 and I was charged five….

I was not impressed, I ordered a strawberry shake, I was the only customer, took a good 5 minutes to receive order, Izaac was server, never said hello, kids my butt, nothing! All he said was 7.08, I had to ask for my receipt, it wasn't offered. I told him to have a good day, he closed the window in my face! Not a good way to treat customers.

I was really disappointed with my visit today. I placed my order at the drive-up window and waited patiently, but another customer arrived after me, ordered at the front, and was served right away while I was still waiting. No one came to the window to take my payment or even acknowledge me. During ordering, I had mentioned that I’m allergic to nuts, after a previous mix-up where I was served nuts despite asking for none, yet I was left waiting with no communication. After a while, I finally drove away. A little common courtesy and attention to food allergies would go a long way. Have a blessed day!

They have a fast service and definitely very good ice cream.
I went to Twistee Treat this past Sunday and had a terrible experience with a worker named Reese. She didn’t even bother to fill my ice cream all the way, had zero customer interaction, and acted like she couldn’t care less. To make it worse, she slammed the door on me and gave me nasty looks the entire time. Super unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service you’d expect when you’re just trying to enjoy some ice cream.
