Every time I give this location a try I get disappointed.Whenever I get an ice cream cone it’s ALWAYS stale. Another issue is I would be the only one at the drive threw but I never get an answer. This happened on multiple occasions in the afternoon. I got out of my car once walked around and seen a girl hanging out.

I had a really disappointing experience at Twistee Treat.There was one blonde employee working hard and doing everything while the other workers were in the back, taking pictures, laughing, and bossing her around instead of helping. Two of them in particular stood out one with red hair and brunette and they were clearly bullying her rather than doing their jobs. It was very obvious she was stressed and overwhelmed, while the others stood around. This is not acceptable employees should be working as a team, not dumping all the work on one person. Management needs to address this behavior immediately because it leaves a bad impression on customers and is unfair to the hardworking staff. They need to be fired!!!

I asked for a cherry sundae with brownies. The girl ask me if I wanted whipped cream & nuts, I said yes please! When I got my sundae there was no cherry sauce but a mountain of cherries. Was I supposed to make syrup out of them? SMH!
If you’re into soft serve ice cream this is the place to be.

I ordered a kiddie ice cream with pistachio flavor and added Oreo topping. The topping cost an extra $1.25 and the pistachio flavor itself was an extra $1.24, so the total came to around $6.
Unfortunately, the serving was very disappointing. The portion was much smaller than what I’ve usually received in the past, and the amount of Oreo topping was very minimal — barely enough to notice. I feel like I paid extra for nothing.
I’ve been here before and the kiddie ice cream always used to come with a decent size and generous toppings. Today, the ice cream barely filled the cone itself. Overall, it was frustrating and felt like a waste of money.
