here for a layover and came based on the reviews. The fried gator tail appetizer really hit the spot and was nice and tender. even accompanied by nice fresh greens and remoulade. the princess ulele caiparinha drink has to be the best bang for your buck and was the perfect layover drink after getting my seat kicked by the kid behind me for the last 3.5 hours. Heather and Patty provided great service and were very personable. highly recommend

Bartender/waiter amazing! He was kind, served quickly and checked on our table many times. Easy to pay and to go boxes. Large entrees, enough to split. Enjoy!

Very rude staff. I sat down and was ignored by three servers (one was too busy flirting with the cook). When I gave up and left I was sarcastically wished safe travels and a happy new year.

From now on, whenever I come to TPA, I'm coming here to eat and drink. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point! Patricia was our bartender and she was kind, efficient, and attentive. HIGHLY recommend coming here! I couldn't take pictures of our food because we INHALED it. My fiance had a Shrimp PoBoy and I had a U Club sandwich with fries. Everything was delicious and my sandwich was big! DEFINITELY recommend eating here, especially if Patricia is your server. GRACIAS!

Customer service top tier recommdations on point!

So yummy! I wasn't sure because I literally smelled no food cooking lol. However I swap out the chicken for beef on this hamburger and it was A1! Something with mango. Let's not forget the housemade chips and ketchup housemade as well was perfection!

Terrible service at this restaurant on a Thursday afternoon. We sat down at the bar and were given menus. Waited 10 minutes before we left. We weren’t asked if we wanted to order drinks. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

Wonderful Waitress-Mariah. We felt that the lobster roll did not represent very good value for money. There was practically no lobster. Instead of having two toasted buns with a small amount of filling, it would've been better to fill up one bun with a lot of lobster. There was too much other filling in it. And the lobster tasted old. My husband had a very good hamburger and our friend had very good calamari.

Just not as good as ever. They missed on this one. Fried tomatoes soggy, they redid them and better. Gouda Grouper salty. Service was much slower than surrounding tables that arrived later and... we learned they do not take the Open Table credits. it will be some time before we return.

The best service and lunch I have ever had at the TPA airport. Diana F. went out of her way to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. The Ulele Salad is delicious.

I was disappointed that they didn't have Dos Equis, but at least they had the Runner Up: Modelo. The bartender was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. I flew in late in the evening, so no food was available, except the cooler / prepackaged foods.

My friends and I were dining at a shared table in the common area where all the restaurants are located. Before we even started eating and throughout our meal, an Ulele employee (a young blonde girl with long hair and tattoos) repeatedly spoke to us in a rude manner and kept trying to make us leave. Despite addressing the issue with the supervisor, another older lady continued to come back to our table and disrupt.

We typically love ulele. Sadly, the airport location is not up to par. Our bill was $65 for 2 cocktails and 1 burger. The burger was fine but it took 30 min for it to arrive. We were not anticipating this so we had 5 min to eat. Not ideal and service was not great. Very disappointed and will be eating at goody goody from now on.

As always the food and services was excellent but we opted to eat outside around sunset and the flies made for a very unpleasant experience. Obviously this was the note the restaurants fault. Note to self, eat inside even if it is a lovely evening.

This is one of the best restaurants in Tampa. The food is unique and always fresh and tasty. My wife and have been many times and never had a bad experience with staff or the food. Highly recommends and one of our go-tos when we have friends visit.
