Had a great breakfast and drink here before a flight. Bartender was incredibly friendly and food was fast and tasted great. I have zero complaints and look forward to the next time I can have a meal here.

SO strange eating in this terminal

I bought food from Pappas Fresh Greek and then sat down at a table that had their name next to it- but that’s apparently wrong! Ulele staff asked me to leave

I asked for an explanation:
Apparently Ulele owns all of the seating in this food court. If you want to sit for your food court meal, you must first be seated by Ulele staff and THEN you can go up to a counter, order, wait, and THEN take it to your Ulele table.

This business model is quite unique, counterintuitive, and frustrating.

But they all seem exasperated - they clearly have customers all day that have this same confusion. Seems exhausting for everyone!

I’ll be avoiding this food court, it’s much too stressful to navigate!

Very friendly and fast service. Delicious handhelds. The homemade chips and sandwich sauces are very good. Also, very clean and relaxing area.

The food here is amazing. We always receive great service and great food! Highly recommend.

Demasiadas moscas, mucho calor, los ventiladores los viraron y nos ahogábamos de calor. Tuvimos que pedir para llevar porque con el calor y las moscas no fue posible comer bien

Craft cocktail and local brew was delicious and priced moderately. I had the Mahi with papaya slaw, roasted corn and garlic spinach. It paired awesomely with their scratch corn muffins! The flavors were so bold and clean.

Once again thanks to Ulele Chef and our server Valeria, we enjoyed a memorable and delicious meal. Like always, we started with the okra fries which could convert even a non-okra fan. My husband tried something new beyond his typical seafood, ordering the Chef's steak.i enjoyed the Mr. Henry's Mahi Mahi. The consistency in the Yakutia food and service keeps Ulele at the top of list for dining in Tampa Bay

Overall great experience. Usually the food is on point, this time something was a little off. Chicken was warm at best and ok. Everything else was Great ( Oysters & salads ) We'll continue to come back.

Excellent service and great food - wonderful double date night spot outside, but the flies were annoying and may be an argument for indoor seating.

As always, the food, service and ambiance at Ulele was perfect! It's not a quiet restaurant so as long as you go in knowing that you will have a great experience!

Bar was full so the bartender said you can take a seat, it works like a normal restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. This was after I checked with the bartender again. Ended up ordering online to finally get some drinks. Definitely a bad experience

i felt rushed the entire time i was sitting. at the end, my food got thrown away before i could say no. kind of upsetting.
