This place is real good !!! not like airport real good !! I mean real good. Heather took great care of me ..Alberto & Olivia not only made me feel welcome, but those 3 were hustling for real... I really appreciate the hard work. Food... YUM!

Being a foodie, I believe average to a bit above average food can be compensated by ambiance, service, or a combo. Alivia (forgive spelling) was outstanding. She connected with customers, hustled, and was spot on with service. I would take an Alivia ten times over. Excellent service stands out. Thank you for making the tail-end of a special weekends that much more. Looking forward to trying the main restaraunt next trip to Tampa.

I understand it is the day before Tanksgiving, but I have to complain. Waited 20 minutes to place my order. Then waited 20 minutes for my order. This is an $18 Mimosa. This is the large. I wonder what the small would have looked like. No I have not had any. This is how it came.

In the Southwest terminal (C), Ulele is the spot to go for drinks and food. It has a subset of the food found at the real good main restaurant. Also, want to give a shout out to Jennifer who did a great job serving us.A good option - order a bottle of Prosecco and a glass of orange juice.

Terrible service. Ordered online as waitress told us to do and she doubled our drink order by also putting it in the system. We paid $39 for two glasses of red wine because waitress said, "I can't take it back" while displaying an attitude making us feel like idiots. Find another option at the airport!

Best breakfast value in Terminal C: 2 eggs, 3 strips bacon, excellent grits and a monster muffin for only $10.09. Two might even share it. Only downside might be the wait if there is a line.

Lives up to Ulele’s standards. Even though it is at the airport - great service, tasty food. Nice place to stop while waiting for your flight.
Alberto is extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to walk over when I had a question, and straight out told me to talk to him as he stood doing nothing 3 bar stools over. He wanted me to speak over 2 other customers. I'm in shock at his behavior and even more upset I had left him a great tip to get his arrogance as soon as he collected the tip.

Stopped in for a birthday brunch for my sister-in-law atmosphere was excellent our server Joe top notchHowever ordered the mac and cheese and was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten in a long. It was a dry noodles cheese on top and crab on top of that is not mac and cheese. Since I ate the crab off the top I still anyone else that would order that he'd be crazy most disgusting thing I've had. They should rename it to dry noodles little cheese on top and crab on top. No creaminess never again will I order that.However did get the grilled oysters and that is 10 out of 10.
