The pizza is good - even the next day! Had the Hawaiian and I would eat that particular style again here. You should just set your expectations that it may be a little slow ordering, and getting your pizza (the oven doesn’t look that big) but worth the wait. Photos as of April 2021.

Waited in line for 10 minutes with only 1 person infront of us. Only 1 person taking and filling orders despite 2 other staff members sitting around doing nothing. Took an additional 20 minutes to receive our Gelato (which was just ok) after ordering. This is my 3rd time at this place and the service is still horrible. Love the main Oggi restaurant but this place is poor quality, I will not be back.

One person taking orders at the counter, as well as all the phone orders. One person randomly carrying orders around. I ordered online, and paid in advance. It took 15 minutes to get out of there with one person in front of me, and my pizza done and waiting. Never. Again.The pizza wold be a 5 if it wasn’t room temperature by the time I ate it. Kinda kills the wood fire aspect.

We sat at the (seat yourself) bar without being acknowledged for 20 minutes, then were very coldly greeted simply asking if we wanted to order. We ordered food but she walked away before we could even ask for water- whoever this person was never came back. The next server came and told us she would be our new server- proceeded to tell us the other server hadn’t notified us that one of the things we ordered wasn’t even on the menu any longer. Our bruschetta was literally seasoned/diced tomatoes and a bowl of bagel chips that were opened in front of us. Our charcuterie board was sandwich cut bologna and cheese (nothing else). An hour into our stay we asked the time frame on our 20 inch NY style pepperoni pizza to find out that the order was never placed.. we still waited around... thinking well- we’re already here and still very much hungry. Then they served us a small thin crust Everything pizza. We politely said never mind and that we would just take our check. They couldn’t figure out how to take the pizza off and left us standing there while helping another customer. Then offered a “discount” which couldn’t have been barely anything considering it was still $30 for two glasses of wine on tap, “mini charcuterie board” (as previously described), and “bruschetta” (bagel thins)... the food I can get past- but the terrible and unapologetic-what-so-ever staff while the owner was there(?) but never seen? I definitely can’t move past. I’m now home heating up a microwaveable meal at 9:37 pm after working 13 hours. Very disappointed by this place.

Really... You call this a wood fired burger??? Beyond soggy! Best part of this meal was the ketchup for the tots. Won't make that mistake again.

I can't speak to the freshness of the mozzarella (like many of the other reviews here) our pizza was just ok in that regard. The actual dough and bake of the pizza was great. All together though a mixed experience and might be a while before I give it another try. I've been more satisfied with other pizza places for the $
