Was seated at 9p with 815 reservations. Had to order in a rush because kitchen was running behind. They forgot some food items and was slow to. Correct.

Union has great ambiance both indoors and out (where we dined)! While it is energetic and trendy, it was also perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day! And the food is top notch! A great blend of gourmet Asian-American with lots of unique preparations of what could be standard items like salmon, sea bass, etc. Great unique house cocktails and a good wine list too!

Fantastic experience! We still had to wait 20+ minutes even with our reservation on Valentine's Day. My fiance ordered a cocktail from our table and it took too long to arrive. It came last after we had finished eating.

The food was amazing, as was the service. It's a great place for a special occasion. The cocktails my husband and I ordered were just okay and a little overpriced in our opinion. Other than that, we had a great experience and cannot wait to go back.

When they were out of the excellent Duck Salad, I settled for Venison. I couldn't believe that it was put in front of me absolutely cold. Not the kind of cold because it had been waiting for pickup too long (like the other items on the plate), but cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. Hard to imagine the kitchen would allow something like this to leave, and that the server seemed unconcerned. Very disappointing because there are some excellent dishes on the menu.

El manager de piso le quitó el vaso de licor de las manos que se pidió mi esposa porque yo no tenía mi ID y luego de habernos hablado por más de 3 veces advirtiéndonos exactamente lo mismo el miso manager se volvió a acercar a decirnos si queríamos cancelar la orden con una actitud asquerosa y obviamente nos fuimos, me pareció una falta de respeto gigante ante mi esposa y ante a mi que por no tener mi id quitarle el trago a mi esposa y para variar yo tengo 30 años y con la excusa de que les pueden quitar la licencia de vender alcohol como si y fuera menor de edad.

Honestly, I love forbici so I had high expectations since it's the same owners. The drinks were amazing, but I was definitely let down by the food, especially for the price of it.

Pretty overpriced. It's a high-end atmosphere and a nice place to take a client. I feel like the food has been going downhill. Went twice this week and has salads and both times the lettuce has sand/dirt in it, which you can feel grinding in your teeth. The fish was good.

Outstanding quality from the first to the last bite. I really enjoyed the attention to detail from the timing of dishes to platting and making the experience unique in general. The blue crab bisque was excellent and something that I had never tried before. The house salad was really good. The chili was arguably the best chili I have ever had in my life, Union New American has an incredible chili recipe. Finally the milk bread and the cherry pie were also very good. This restaurant is committed to giving a tailored experience to every patron that walks through the door and making sure that they leave with a smile on their face. I think that’s what makes this place so special. The attention to detail with customer satisfaction is second to none. I am glad I chose to dine here and look forward to coming back. The weekend brunch looks amazing, I am glad the bartender told me about it.

Another AMAZING experience at Union. The staff is really committed to guest satisfaction. While waiting just a short time for our table the staff brought us champagne and then a complimentary app to our table which was over-the-top nice. We went with the Union burgers this time and they were INCREDIBLE. Might even be better than the Boulon burger. The place was busy but food and drinks came out quickly. We'll be back soon.
