Absolutely terrible. I sat at the front hostess stand for over 30 minutes while five servers passed me by and just looked at me didn't acknowledge me didn't greet me. With only about nine people in the entire restaurant I was passed by like I was invisible as I was standing there at the front trying to get a piece of French silk pie to go that's all. Decided to give them a try again. They did very well. Breakfast on Sunday morning everything was perfect.

Today is PIE DAY!! The waitress didn’t offer, I asked the manager where’s my pie?? No replies!! Worst service ever! I won’t be back
I needed to modify my thanksgiving pie order. You can only do this by directly calling the restaurant you are picking up at. I called both the pickup and other extension and rang for over an hour and no one picked up. From many years experience I can tell you this location never answers the phone.

I went in today and was there orgnially for Free pie day and greated by the nicest server her name was Laurie she was so nice and took her time with me and never made me feel rushed i will defently be coming back and hopes of having her as my seriver again not to mention she also had me sign up for a reward program . Wanted to write a review about amazing services and food i had today .. I ornginaly went in for free pie day but my Servier Laurie convicned me to grab other things it was the best services i have had in a long time and enjoy talking to her she has a very outgoing personallity and so was willing to take her time with me and didn't feel rushed at all. Because of her I will be coming back again very soon and she also got me to sign up for a reward program . Cann't wait to come back and have her as my servier agiain !!!!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews but Laurie was amazing. I wanted a taste of fall and Laurie recommend the pumpkin pancakes. I will be back for more they were so good. Laurie even made sure we got our free slice of pie. We will definitely be back and be requesting to sit in her area. I work in customer service myself, and love when I see someone else going above and beyond. Thank you for the great service.
