Everything was amazing! The gym 🏋️♀️ is a bit small, which is expected given the size of the hotel. I tried the swimming 🏊♂️ pool in the morning, but I think there were a lot of chemicals — understandable for maintenance. I definitely recommend anyone visiting Tampa to stay at Aloft Tampa Downtown.

I came back to this specific hotel because the previous experience I had was exceptional. Once again the staff did not disappoint. Carl, in particular, has a great hospitality career in front of him if he so chooses and Marriott recognizes what a talented individual they have on their hands! His attention to detail and natural instincts around outstanding customer experience should be leveraged by the Marriott organization more broadly.

Shenaaz made this hotel standout. In a world seeking high level customer service she went above and beyond. This type of service is usually reserved for a Ritz Carlton or St Regis property. She made a quick in and out to UT a very pleasant and memorable experience. Good Job Shenaaz!

I had the pleasure of staying at this Aloft property for 3 nights and it was a lovely experience from the moment I checked in. The location is great, with much to see and do in walking distance. The room was nice, always well cleaned, and the bed is comfy. It can be a bit loud staying downtown, but it’s reasonable enough. The highlight of my stay has been the staff, most specifically Shenaaz. Not only did she make my stay at Aloft more enjoyable, she made sure I had a pleasant visit in Tampa. She’s a superstar and I hope any guests that stay here are able to meet and interact with her. Everyone has been so accommodating here from front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping. I would absolutely stay here again. So until next time! And many thanks, Shenaaz!! Xoxov
We travel quite often and this hotel was a 10 From the time we arrived almost at midnight the valet person was fantastic and super helpful and nice even at midnight The front desk person was outstanding and beyond helpful The room was so spacious and clean and comfortable The housekeeper were so professionals The next day we met another amazing front desk person he was outstanding and super dedicated to all guests This hotel is lucky to have such a great personal Also the valet person when we were leaving was so professional and polite Honestly we felt that we were at the Ritz carlton but w/o the high price Management and stuff needs to be congratulated

Ok nice hotel, yes it’s clean. Ridiculously overpriced parking. Staff was great, customers service a+, however the mess created by some of the guests was rather disappointing. Such great hotel but will think twice before staying here again, unfortunately.

The bartender was awesome, not does she make and serve the drinks, she makes the food and serves it also. The place is right by the Riverwalk for a morning walk or run

We had an excellent stay at Aloft Tampa Downtown, the staff was nice and friendly, especially Shenaaz at the front desk and Gabi at the bar. The room had a nice river view and we even got to see dolphins this morning.
