All of the staff members at this location go above and beyond to ensure that their guests feel welcome and almost like extended members of their family. On some days that I feel sad or anxious, I just stop by and eat food and talk with afew of the staff members and I leave feeling much better/calmer later on and feeling so glad that I know they are always around if I need some words of support/consolation and encouragement.
staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. food was on the salty side but not as greasy as I thought it might be. didn't get a lot of toppings when I asked for them smothered, covered, diced, and topped. onions were more raw than cooked. coffee was fine.
Everything is good here except they always leave my bacon out of my sausage grit bowl, they charge me for the bacon but it never makes it to my bowl. I get a to go order so when I get to work and open my food I'm disappointed. You can't call to let them know they messed up your order because they don't answer the phone nowadays.
