It use to be my place to go when I want waffle house but today experience was bad. .. Service my waitress wasn't so attentive , when someone wants coffee they shouldn't have to ask for more , you should be the one asking if they want refresh their cup. 2 the food was mediocre , the eggs were over done to the point I wanted to send them back , steak was more than medium and salty .. 3 service employees shouldn't have to be talking about other employees in front of customer , they were acting like they had a party going on without acknowledging customer present . 4 when there is people eating , it should be more control of some customers yelling while their employees seating around and talking This store needs more control .. a manager should had said it was a little bit loud let's keep it down but he was being loud himself talking about other employees . This store needs more respect toward the customer , the service sucks , and more control in the overall performance of the store and quality of the food and how you should respect the customer when they are at your store. I shouldn't have to ask for anything like I had to ask for my coffee .y'all work on tips well you need to earn it by giving good service and good food

I took my mom here because we wanted to see how was eating in a WH. I ordered an All-Star Special and that’s all it took for me to rate this restaurant 5 stars. The employees were also all very nice and the food was incredible too. Though their waffles are their signature piece, their hashbrowns might be the best I’ve ever tasted form any American diner. ITS A MUST TRY IF YOU ARE VISITING THE US AS WELL ☝️

Drinks were pretty much refilled coffee and tea pots without proper cleaning. The server literally stayed on her phone the entire time we were there. No refills unless you yourself went up to ask for it because that's how committed she was to her phone.

There’s nothing better than getting a waffle after a 16 hour flight from Papua New Guinea. Thomas and Luis what’s your favorite thing to make again? Anything grits? What about grits? We ordered 5 all star breakfasts and they were prompt and delivered it will stellar service. Very disciplined, kind and well groomed. Best of all, they were in their grillmaxx era.
