Can’t get their signature dish right… Ramen served luke warm and even after returning it, came back the same.. ended up returning it all together and skipping dinner. Second time trying out this restaurant to be disappointed twice. Not worth dinning here.

I’ve been here 4-5 times because the food is good but it is consistently one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever received. If I get takeout, it’s ready ~20 minutes after the time listed. If I get seated, the server usually forgets about our table at some point

Food was good, service is not, our waitresss disappeared, had to get someone else to check us out she was also very hard to understand and hear when we asked for suggestions. The person That did check us out did not even apologize or acknowledge. She just said I don't know where she is. We won't be back

The food was amazing, once we got it all. There were 6 of us and 5 people all got their food relatively at the same time. My ramen came out after most of the other people were done eating. I was not the only one to get ramen, so it weird that mine took so long. Then the server said the manager was going to come over, but he never did. Nor did the server ever acknowledge the issue. And when one of our guests went to the server, she was dismissed rudely. They said the food comes out when it's ready, but for me to wait that long was ridiculous. They did comp my meal, but the costumer service was terrible.

Wagamama was pretty good when we tried it a few weeks ago! The inside is very casual, upbeat, but the seating is very tight and uncomfortable. Most of the seats do not have backs on them and if you get sat in a booth, it is extremely tight. They tried to sit four of us there and that did not work out, it’s really meant for two people!
The food was overall very good. I had the chicken Ramen and we also did the chicken yakisoba noodles which was delicious. The drinks were pretty good as well! Our server was very nice when we moved tables, but our original Server was quite interesting. Coming up yawning right away while trying to talk at the same time. Overall, I would come back, but there are plenty of Ramen places to try in Tampa as well so I’m not sure I would be in a rush.
Went today to check out the new Water Street neighborhood with my girlfriend for the first time on our day trip and this place was exceptional! Matt the bartender attended to us and made some great recommendations for food as well as served us great drinks. Definitely recommend this place and I suggest the beef brisket ramen and wagyu beef sliders. And if you are able, ask for Matt in the bar to make you some amazing cocktails. Will definitely make this my go to stop when I come back to visit
