My food was great and I truly enjoyed it, however the guests I was with were not as pleased. We started the meal by ordering a pitcher of the Thai Chili Margaritas. Shortly after we put in for a couple appetizers and 3 meals as well. We some how received all of our food (which was delivered at separate times) and most of the party had already began eating before our drinks arrived. There was also a strange occurrence where a staff member came to our table and told us that our waiter wasn't feeling good and that he was going to be replaced with another staff member. We got our new waitress who was lovely, however our waiter who was “sick” continued to serve the rest of the restaurant. We were very confused by the whole experience. However, I thought my ramen I ordered was great and the rest of my party said they would most likely order ramen as well if they chose to return. Cool spot, good ramen, slow drink service, odd vibe.

Our server Miguel was amazing and gave us great recommendations which we actually enjoyed so much! The flavors were extremely good and portions were just right ! Will definitely come back again.

As usual, wagamama continues to exceed our expectations. We were presented with a new option for the upcoming menu update, Caesar Salad, and it was great. The dressing was not too much and the rice crouton was spot on. We are looking forward to some of the updates but hope some of the favorites won't disappear. Giovani was fantastic as well.

What is comes down to is service . If the server is not coming back because they are short handed (or it appeared that way) ... that sucks...but it took a while to get drinks, to get food, to get napkins.... The food was good but couldn't enjoy it because my husbands food came out 20 minutes before mine. So he did a solid and waited for mine thinking it was coming shortly . We were wrong. Several times he asked where my meal was. This first time experience was disappointing. I wanted to like this place, I've heard good things . My food was good. Spicy but good. But ruined by how we were treated. :(

The food here was really good! We came for a late lunch around 3pm so I’m sure they were getting ready for dinner. The place was empty but we did not have very attentive service. Everyone was very nice just hard to get their attention.
Practically empty and the music was so loud I could barely hear my sister-in-law sitting right next to me, much less my wife sitting across from me. The food is excellent however, the drinks too. I highly recommend the Japanese Highball, the bang bang cauliflower, and any ramen.

The food was bland and the curry lacked seasoning. The steak comes out medium rare so be aware of that. Other than that the service is great the water was good.
