Everything was awful. The food took almost two hours and was cold when we got it, our waitress checked on us a total of four times in our almost three hour experience. She messed up the checks also and was not friendly. Very disappointed

I have ordered take out countless times from this location and all but one time my order has been wrong or missing items I paid extra for on the app. Tonight I picked up an order for my family it was missing items and I called only to be put on hold for a manager that never came to the phone and no one came back to the phone. I called on another phone while still on hold and no one answered during business hours. I now have held to hold music for 35 minutes. The food is great but the service still needs a lot of work and the manager could at least pick up a call on hold.
