I usually love going to Wawa, but not sure what's happening lately with their late night crew.
Twice now I have order a costume Salad paid for the extra en they forget to add them. I don't realize until I make it home.
First time was a chicken salad and they forgot the chicken. I let it go, mistake happens. But now again, I order it with bacon, and paid the extra, and guess what? No bacon!
Definitely need some improvement.

Ordered a chicken noodle soup, a burger and a cheesecake drink. Chicken noodle for a family size was filled half way and it was EXPIRED! The burger was missing ingredients and the cheesecake drink turned into a hot drink. Definitely do NOT recommend

NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I GO TO THIS WAWA I ORDER MY STUFF ON THE APP WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY AT 8:05am I WAITED ALMOST 30 MIINS AND I DID NOT GET MY ORDER GO INSIDE THE STORE AND THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE THE MANAGMENT IS HORRIBLE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND ABOUT BEING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THE MANAGER LET IT EASLIY FLOW OUT HER MOUTH I CAN NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK YOU ORDER THROUGH THE APP . WHEN I TELL YOU THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE ONE BIT . I HAVE BEEN TO BETTER WAWA THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN WAWA AND IF THIS WAWA IS SEEING THIS REVIEW GET YOUR STORE TOGETHER AND STOP MAKING EXCUSE. Idk if it's because it was late but nobody was hardly doing anything and the service was extremely slow. There was so many people waiting on food and the check out. I can't believe how slow the service was.

On October 26th 2025 I did a mobile app order and paid for it with gpay on the app for 2 items a pretzel and a milkshake. It said it would be ready at 12:44 am I just stood their with only a pretzel waiting for my milkshake till 1:40 something watching the employee wipe the machine down and clean it waiting for orders. People came in after me ordering from inside the store and he was making their drinks. I couldn't find anywhere on the app to cancel or get reimbursed so I left without my paid for milkshake and filed with cooperate office.

it doesn’t take a college degree to make a bagel with cream cheese and I paid for extra cream cheese and I didn’t even get a normal amount of cream cheese on my bagel and when I addressed it, the young lady looked at me like I was dumb and like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Since people like this lack accountability I never got a sorry or anything like that and I walked out because it’s just not worth arguing with dumb people. You’re not supposed to make the food the way you want it. Maybe you don’t like cream cheese. It’s supposed to be done the way the customer wants it. Why pay extra? I will start making my own bagels at home. The youth are getting worse and worse at these types of jobs every new generation. Across the board at every fast food. No integrity.

I come to this Wawa most the time because it is the one nearest my home only to be met with rude service, I order through the app whenever I do get food it is never ready. This morning the store was closed because they only had 2 employees inside. I’d already ordered my food through the app a bagel and sausage biscuit. When I realized the store was closed I called inside to request that I pick my order up at a later time I was told no! Call corporate for a refund. I explained i could show someone that id already paid, and because my order is small it shouldn’t be a problem. She told me that they don’t have time for that so I asked her name she yelled I already gave you my name and hung up. I called to ask her name again this time I could look through the window as I’m sitting outside and see her stomping and yelling into the phone then hanging up. The people at this store give professionalism no thought and the company a bad look.

Every time I go in this Wawa staff, they are very rude I asked them can they make me a pretzel and they always have a look on they face like they don’t want to do it sometimes they do it not going to lie, but they’re always rude about it somehow
One of the dudes there scanned something I was purchasing two times he probably was joking, but they’re rude anyways I don’t prefer this Wawa!!
Going down hill every order I've gotten in the past 3 months has been wrong. I keep thinking maybe it's a particular worker but it has to be the training. There are literal instructions and timers to make every order there's literally no reason to forget items off the order. They can't even make the drinks right now. There's a measurement on the side of the cup for every step in their process. Can't even make the coffee right and that also has a timer.
Just don't come here they can't maintain the standard despite having the same instructions.

I love how above the drink machine it says with a purchase you get a complementary cup of ice or water but yeah when I purchased gas they told me that I don’t get a complimentary cup because that does not count as a purchase so I had to pay for a cup of water… In my 10+ years of history using Wawa I’ve never heard of such rule. It is so disappointing this is why Circle K is better. It is 95° outside and all I wanted was a drink of water. If gasoline does not count as a purchase, then maybe you should stipulate that in the sign and I even spoke to the manager, and he even said gasoline does not constitute a purchase.

Tanea offered an amazing experience this morning. My burrito was accidentally taken by someone else, and while remaking my burrito, she went and reheated my hashbrown that had been sitting for awhile. Small detail, but that kind of thing goes a long way. She's awesome!
