I've been having problems with my order for two weekends, the previous one I ordered a bread with personalized chicken where they didn't throw the chicken and this weekend I order the same with an add of bacon and they don't throw it at me either, it's a lack of respect and since they give it to you closed, one takes the surprise when I get home and it's the same person who does it, short, thin man with a lot of hair

The staff is nice, but the frozen coffee with chocolate chips and whip cream is filled with so much ice that you can’t taste anything (but flavored water). Mind that I have been paying each time $6.00 for a 24 oz. This is a scam!! It seems the manager at this store has change the protocol about amount of ice on the frozen beverages! It did not use to be that awful. Please, do something about to fix it.
