Review: Wendy’s in the USA

We were excited to visit Wendy’s, as we usually enjoy their high-quality burgers and excellent taste. However, this time our experience was disappointing.

The burgers, which are typically known for their fresh flavor and great quality, were poorly prepared and did not meet the standards we are used to. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, which impacted both the waiting times and the overall quality of the food.

Moreover, the restaurant appeared outdated and unclean. Tables were dirty, and the entire atmosphere felt neglected, which was very disappointing given the reputation Wendy’s usually has.

Overall, this visit to Wendy’s was not what we expected. We hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that Wendy’s continues to deliver the high standards of quality and service we have come to expect.

Took my niece and nephews there after Christmas event after ordering food and sitting they brought us bags and told us it had to be to go it made us leave while there was three homeless people that were allowed to stay in the building it was ridiculous

It's right by the job, went there several times this week, the staff is great, pretty disappointed tho, went by there in the morning, mostly wanting coffee but figured I'd get something to kuch on too, no coffee at a quarter to 7 on Wed, threw my whole morning off!

I’ve been coming this location for quite some time with the same order. I usually order on the app, but in lieu of the app not working, I decided to just chance it. Upon asking for a 444 meal, the woman on the speaker informs me they don’t carry that item. I say that’s odd because I order it all the time on the app, to which she YELLS very nastily at me through the speaker “IT’S ONLY ON THE APP MA’AM.” Well, the app informs me of this in no way, and for an employee to scream at a customer whose only crime is asking for clarification is a really poor way to treat someone who has been visiting for years on their lunch break. Upon trying to call the store itself, I was unsurprised to find their voice mailbox was full. I wonder if it’s full of experiences similar to mine. I will not be back after this experience. Please do better.

Tae the front counter employee was absolutely out of this world his ability to give you direct factual information was uncanny and absolutely would give this man a raise without even thinking about it, great job young man!!! Absolutely will be coming back to this location!!!

Please remodel this location or take it down!!!! Smell is awful. Mold and mildew and this location is very disgusting.
