Awesome when they actually tell you what's going on. I can't tell you the amount of times I've ordered a Cold Brew Coffee (or 2 like today) and haven't heard a single thing from Wendy's letting me know they're out of coffee.
Also doesn't help the fact that these folks NEVER answer the damned phone!!! Awesome food, TRASH SERVICE

I went to this Wendy’s at the drive thru and had a really confusing and bad experience. When we were ordering, the man working the drive through would not answer my questions and kept ignoring or grunting at us. I was trying to order the 444 Jr. cheeseburger meal. When I ordered, he rung me up for a $5 combo. I tried asking for the $4 combo, but he ignored my questions. Then, I wanted to confirm that he heard me when I said what soda, sauce, etc., but he just grunted at me? Also keep in mind, I couldn’t see what he was putting in for the order, because they have some AI thing on their drive thru screen, so there were like cheeseburgers floating across the screen instead of showing my order details/total. I was just so confused while ordering, and he kept grunting at us! Then, when we pulled up to the window he charged me $5. I said, “I ordered the 444 meal, so it should be $4.” He just ignored me and kept holding his hand out for my credit card. I felt really uncomfortable and just wanted my food, so I paid the $5, but I feel like that whole experience was so scammy, weird, and rude!
To be clear, when I got home, I checked on the app and they literally gave me the same items as the 444 but charged me $5.

This has become my new favorite fast food place- again ;)! The new tendys :) and the staff were phenomenal!! The guy working the front counter is perfect!! Fast, friendly, efficient, and dealt with troubled patrons professionally!

The food was fresh and that was a plus as well as accurate. I did run into some issues with their automated window kiosk. Minor errors and extended wasted window times could have been reduced and/or avoided if a human was taking the order. Somethings a computer can't do and that's ok too. I understand everyone wants to cut labor but somethings are necessary.

AI should not be taking orders and the staff is so rude when you tell them your order is wrong which it absolutely will be wrong because they have AI taking orders.
Its really unfortunate to see this location added the ai ordering board. Because of that its a frustrating hassle every time ive tried to order so now we've just decided to stop going all together and go across the street to the mcdonalds.

No stars if it was an option. The manager must have anger issues. He cursed and disrespected one of his employees in front of customers, and punched the wall. He made me feel very uncomfortable and scared. This happened multiple times during our 20 minute stay. I am confident that I will never be coming back as long as he is the manger for this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. The manager was extremely rude and vulgar toward an employee over a simple sandwich mistake, which was completely unnecessary. On top of that, he was not wearing a hairnet despite having long hair, which is a food safety concern. You can clearly see he treats his employees harshly, and instead of focusing on belittling them, he should focus on maintaining the store. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and it left a very negative impression overall. The employees were doing their best, but the manager’s behavior and lack of cleanliness made this visit unacceptable
i tried to get my order that i placed for carry out via mobile before the inside closed and when i went to get my order they didn’t let me

We ordered three biggie bags. The man on the intercom sounded like he was in a bad mood. I’m usually not bothered by that because people do have bad days and it was late at night. One of the drinks on the screen said Coke when it was suppose to be Dr Pepper. When I told him that it said coke instead of Dr Pepper he just said “yea”. I then asked “you guys have Dr Pepper right?” and he said “yea” again. Well it ended up being a cherry coke!? When I got to the window I noticed the guys name tag said he was a manager and I think the name was Frank? He didn’t say anything and looked away the whole time while handing me all the food and drinks. I don’t know why he had such a bad attitude. I was nice and said hello and thank you. Food was great! But we were given every sauce we didn’t ask for instead of the sauces we did ask for??? Also, here is your coupon code back from the survey. I surely will not be using it!
