This is very bad service. The all employees are very bad service. I have a order for pickup when I entered in the lobby one of them employees said me get out the lobby is closed and then I make the line for the drive thru and when I got to take my order another employee said me get out and cancel your order. So in this place the customer care is very bad

While the food was tasty, the service was not very friendly. We were at Wendy's for the first time because we are tourists from Europe, we don't know the menu very well so we tried to choose from the boards to make sure it would be good because unfortunately there are no computers where you can place an order on the spot, so the gentleman who served us was not very pleasant, we had the impression that he is angry that we came there at all. Another minus is the toilet, which requires a thorough refreshment - as well as the entire place, because time has stopped there.

As I was contemplating a burger from a fast food place my mind wondered if I could actually get a burger that was carefully prepared. A burger that was not haphazardly thrown together. At the time of this posting the impossible has happened. The crew at this Wendy's this Sunday morning delivered an impeccable and delicious big bacon double. Big thanks to everyone doing a great job at the Wendy's on Kennedy this morning!
