Visited 3 times, once the door was locked when it shouldn't be (7am). Managers don't seem to care. Third and final visit, employees seemed to be more concerned with their phones than customers. I always left empty handed.
The People handling money at the register should not be handling your food.. hope i wont get sick… get it right wendysss get it right

The staff is so miserable and mean, I understand working in fast food isn’t easy and they probably get terrible people on the daily but yall need to put away the RBF and try to be kind not everyone deserves the terrible attitudes! I made a simple mistake by not telling the intercom I had a mobile order and yall WITHOUT SHAME gave me a poor attitude and talked shit about me to each other WITH the drive thru window OPEN despite my apology for my ignorance I was still met with cold indifference. If you’re so depressingly limited in your ability to show compassion I suggest finding different jobs!

Just went through the driveway of this Wendy’s and it’s horrible. They have this machine taking your orders and suddenly it took my order and then suddenly it stopped then the machine said it didn’t understand me someone got on there to speak to me take my order about four times then no one spoke anything I was there practically waiting 10 minutes in the drive through and I just decided to leave. It’s ridiculous. I think they have a lot of lazy people working inside of there cause there was practically no one in line and the place was empty. and it was 6 o’clock. i’m sorry Wendy’s, but you just done made all these workers more lazy than what they already are because now they decide to take the orders or they decide to not take them they could just say all the machine is not working and that’s it act like they can’t hear the customer. This machine is so stupid instead of putting real people on there.

Guy who provided my food was super nice even though I said no veggies they put some on accident but told me in advance good food from ct close to comfort suites hotel and workers are so nice
