Hello all! My family visited a week ago I got a spicy chicken sandwich very tasty. Only issue I had was my 11 year old pointing out the **LIVE ROACHES** roaming around the other tables and counter where you throw trash away. Our food was safe but I will be contacting the health department about this incase a elderly person with poor vision is eating and eats a ROACH. Unsettling at the least because the restaurant **looks** clean. Otherwise it was okay I see why the rating is so slow

Pulled up in the drive thru and was immediately greeted with attitude as a former fast food employee I was appalled I was and was cut off from attempting to place my order a total of three times it was disheartening when I just wanted to order food for me and my kids and after all of that I still had to leave and return twice because they got my order wrong and cold and then I was served this please do better second shift
How could yall take away the sweet and sour sauce omg im so hurt like how im i gonna eat Wendy’s again not to mention the ghost pepper ughhhhhh the sweet chilli sauce is nasty definitely doesn’t taste better than the sweet sour omg the sweet and sour sauce be fr this is so crazy

I would just like to recognize this location and its staff. We just moved to the area, and every time I come here the staff’s customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in the area! I had a mobile order today, and their mobile order system was down to the point where they couldn’t see what was on the order. The manager was still kind, she took my order at the window by memory, and still got the order correct. Not missing one thing. You could tell the staff respected her because they expedited my order and I was there and gone in no time. Amazing service, especially in the middle of a lunch rush and everything was perfect. As a leader, I know great leadership when I see it. The staff here is so kind and professional which tells me their leadership is excellent. This location definitely needs more praise. From the ordering, to the cashiers, to the friends making our food and to the manager.. BEST Wendy’s I ever did experience. Thank you all so much!
