I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes. No one, repeat. No Ian was able to ask me what do I want or even say hi.even tough 5 employees pass by. I was pro Wendy’s but you just lost a customer for ever and I’m going to let everyone I know about the worse customer service ever. So sad we can’t set O star.

I had a situation with my mobile app order and something must have gotten lost in translation but my order never populated in their system. Jordan took it upon himself to honor my order and personally make it himself. He showed great leadership and maintain professional composure. I can't say this about a lot of restaurants that I've been to recently and all I can say is we need more people like Jordan showing professionalism and problem solving skills. Thank you so much.

Jiri I think her name was in the drive thru today at 8 am was supperrrrrr sweet so welcoming understanding and the best , we had a big order for me and some people and she was sweet and had a full on nice convo not just treat us like customers ,she the best!!!! I would give six stars if I could !!!!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Asiago sandwich. The menu board showed it as fried, but I specifically asked if I could get it grilled. I was told yes, so I placed my order. When I got home and opened it, I found it was fried instead.
The sandwich itself tasted fine, but I was disappointed since I’m supposed to avoid fried foods per my doctor’s recommendation. I understand mistakes can happen, but accuracy is important—especially when it comes to dietary needs. I hope more attention is given to making sure drive-thru orders are prepared as requested.

Around 9 pm, I waited 5 minutes for the guy in front of me and then 15 min for my order, one chicken sandwich and 4-piece nuggets. The lady at the counter said it took so long because the sandwich maker didn't want to make sandwiches so she was doing them very slowly. I saw her also tell the manager after about 10 minutes and he did not appear to do anything. Crazy.

EVERYTIME I COME HERE FOR A GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP AT NIGHT THEY GIVE ME SLICED CHEESE AND I KNOW IT DOESNT COME WITH SLICED FREAKING CHEESE. I’m so fed up with this wendys and it sucks because this one is the closest to my home. I don’t wanna eat two giant slices of American cheese on my grilled chicken wrap that’s so gross bro.

Not sure what's going on with this location, but after laying off for months I decided to go back, and they did not disappoint... Still Bad! Food was cold, fries were old and they even gave me the wrong drink 🤷🏿♂
