After waiting over 20 min on the inside for my food and order to be finished, I once i left and checked my food, my Cinnabon bites were hard a a rock! I had to wait an hour til i got home to microwave them to get them soft like they should've been.

The only one who are so nice when they take your order!
The young man that took my order was very rude, he insisted that I could only order if it “wasn’t a big order” then proceeded to talk bad about the company and giving rude comments to myself. I hate to do this but he has long black hair on the more feminine side. I ordered at 11pm not close to closing time.

I wanted to try Wendy's for the first time but this was a mistake.i ordered a meal ,one burger with a fries and a large coke.when the total was $30.67 for all that?!? I could have went to McDonald's and gotten it for a much less price.very disappointing.the lady who took my order was very rude and looked like she hated her job with that stare she gave us.DONT come here.the burger game me a stomachace once I was half way done.

Wendy's used to be a decent place to pick up something to quick snack. Now....is disgusting ? wimpy fries ALL the time. The burgers ? And why mention the rest? Locations stopped appealing to sit down to eat... sanitary attention . Let's talk about treating employees fair ?? Waooo that is a big surprise ? Train everyone with the same information !! So employees can do the job easier. Instead of each manager giving a set of information....different !! Hiring processes are not handle fairly...??
