This Wendy's is a terrible excuse of a restaurant. If you even want to call it that. I've encountered 4 bad experiences with the people that run this place on separate occasions.
1) Screamed at my grandfather for coming in the drive through because they didn't want to do their job. Left with no food, I was in the car with my grandfather.
2) Online Application to work there, everyone was too stupid to figure it out. I filled out an application to work at this establishment, got an interview time, when I went to show up, they were confused about the application and didn't know why I had an interview time scheduled. Allegedly, the person who does interviews had "just left" and they asked me to write down my number and they would call be the next day. They never did.
3) Ordered Two large frosties, one had so much in it vs the other which was only filled 2/3 of the way , leaving a quarter gap of room in the cup.
4) Tried to order 2 Frosties, waited almost 10 minutes before they claimed they were out of chocolate for the Frosties.
This establishment is honestly the most poorly run place I have ever encountered. Nobody who works there seems to have passed Middle School. Nobody can be as clueless and stupid as the people who run this place are. The only people who appear to actually do their jobs are the minimum wage cooks I watched too their jobs tirelessly. Corporate needs to seriously cut some people loose and hire people who are actually going to run this place correctly.

Standing at the register for 10 minutes while every employee ignored me, and when I finally got someone to acknowledge my existence, I was told to use a kiosk to order. Terrible customer service.

Best part about this location is when you finally reach your boiling point of waiting for 30min in a drive thru that only has one other car in it, you can just drive across the street to McDonalds and get your food in 5min even with a line. Efficiency.

People please pay attention to the reviews this is the most accurate you will see the service is horrible the people working there looks like they hate their job they be complaining coursing at you while you order the food count your money because they don’t know math even when the machines do all the math for them the food is given like they are given it to animal inside is dirty they don’t wear glove to prepare the food over all is the worse Wendy I have ever been I did saw the reviews but I want to give the benefit of the doubt but no is true so please avoid this Wendy at all cost corporate should do something about this is out of hands
