I didn't go in drive through and I waited 17mins. in line just to get a burger and top the lettuce wilted and the entire service team talking to each and laughing while we wait because they argued over some boyfriends. I won't go back to that location.

normally don’t complain, but this experience was unbelievable. My order was wrong not once, not twice, but three separate times. I had to go back through the drive-thru over and over because they couldn’t get something as simple as my meal correct.
By the third time, I wasn’t even surprised anymore — just exhausted and frustrated. The staff didn’t apologize, didn’t care, and acted like I was the one being inconvenient for asking for what I PAID for.
If you value accuracy, time, or basic customer service, stay far away from this Wendy’s. I will never return.

My husband and I frequently go to Wendy's, the one on Hillsborough Avenue West was the worst one ever. All of the rest have been great but this one gave us a melted Frosty and basically a lettuce wrap that was supposed to be chicken I will still continue to go to other Wendy's but that one needs all new help

Nice location! Service was great. Food was good and the price is always right. I would give this location 5 starts if not for the actual restaurant. It’s in need of some renovations and the bathroom was rather dirty. Can’t blame that on the employees or their efforts to produce I quality meal though. Know that it probably won’t be the staff or the food that holds YOU back from feeling like this is a 5 star location!

Genuinely unsure how this Wendy’s is still open, consistently messes up orders at night and didn’t deliver my 2 large fries and 1 medium fry. Food was cold.

I just pass by the drive thru now on 10/05/2025 and the personal working there at 6:20 pm specially the lady at the drive thru was so rude. It was so disappointing.

I would not go back to this location if I have a choice to go to another one. The manager had to void my order twice. Both burgers were made wrong even after being special made and being told by manager as to what was to be on them.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you hate your job, get a different job!!! Horrible attitude from the person taking orders through the drive through on 9/25 around 9:30 pm! Completely gave me the wrong thing, even though it was clear on the screen. Poor attitude once I got to the window. Makes sense why so many Wendy’s are closing if that’s the caliber of employee that works there!

Me, my father, and brother went here there was no wait, insanely short for our order, and the staff were nice enough to hold breakfast for us. I would go here again just to get some food again because of how clean, nice, and fresh it is! 5 star!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Extremely rude drive thru staff and looked like it was a manager? Wouldn’t let me get a sentence out without asking “anything else, anything else???”
