Horrible the fries were cold. The fish sandwich was overcooked. The service was not pleasant. They need to have some personnel with a little bit more of a welcoming atmosphere the staff on the phone there was a child of one of the employees having like a merry-go-round Tantum in there it was not a pleasant experience at all. Will not return and make this review public in social media.

What in the hell is wrong with you? Not kidding, incompetent, under staffed, untrained and uncaring staff. Drive thru? Is closed, sir???? Park/Walk inside only customer in the store.. stand at the register and completely ignored by the mngr Princess, who told me to come inside. Pink hair? Standing off to the side, nose in her phone. 8 employees wandering around. No one bothered to address me till I insisted the mngr ( probably?) looked my way. Then asked pink hair to take my order. Literally 6-7 min standing there, now pink hair took my order and another that walked in. Food placed on the counter. No announcement, so why even ask my damn name? At the order. Had I not been in a hurry, I would not have noticed. At least the BBQ sauce requested was in the bag... Bacon cheese burger is ice coldFries were room temp greasy, chicken nuggets rock hard. Local Tampa Wendy's has close 5-6 locations, because the customers are feed up with this treatment. This location should be next. STOP PRETENDING TO BE IN BUSINESS. Either get in the ball or turn off the lights and stop annoying people. The Chinese thing is no longer an excuse. I'll not return.

Ordered online through the app (which they usually make when I arrive and tell them I’m there for my order). I get my food a little too fast so I was a bit suspicious and I heard a person in the cook area say “oh this that order that we thought wasn’t gonna show up” so I asked how long my food as sat there and the cashier Sandra said “5 minutes” and said with a condescending tone “have a good night” and rolled her eyes and walked away. I get home, the chicken sandwich looks like it has been sitting for an hour, the burger was ice cold, fries were cold. Chicken sandwich also was missing ingredients. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order from here so I called and got no answer. Gotta love modern customer service. Deal with a rude person that’s miserable to do her job and then can’t even reach them to get my damn order right.This Sandra woman has been rude multiple times in the drive through. I have no idea how they keep her in the drive through dealing with people.Paying customers have the right to have hot fresh food. I worked in fast food as a teen and I know for a FACT there are rules of switching out old food every 15-20 minutes of them sitting under the heat lamps. You can tell this place doesn’t follow any of these damn rules.Hire better people. Do better jobs. Simple as that.

I do believe that my food was fresh. Everyone was friendly. The workers kept the place clean visually as I was in there no table went unwiped. The downside is mostly towards the french fries (potato) recipe. I'm not a fan. And it tasted possible that both the fries and the nuggets were cooked in the same grease! I think that's unnecessary for a restaurant. I was fed and got full?
